She wanted to know why she was having painful chronic diarrhea — her Higher Self told her she was on the path to abundance for a shocking reason.

Hello, I am an obvious self-promotion account with a conveniently hidden post history, and an icon that could be AI generated. I don't care that this is a witchcraft subreddit and not r/NewAgeSlop, I'll still post it here, and I'll post it on every single vaguely paranormal, spiritual, or esoteric subreddit, and will keep doing so for as long as I can. I don't care if this has nothing to do with witchcraft practices, I simply hope that there's someone desperate enough to read this post and fall for my obvious grift.

I recently had an enlightening session with a client of mine (WINK WINK, NUDGE NUDGE, I AM TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING) who was suffering really bad with a case of the relentless volcanic shits. She was suffering every single day, unable to leave her house for very long or hold up a social life because she was constantly shitting. She wondered whether she was being punished, or perhaps dark evil forces were targeting her.

But during one of my Gold-Tier® Higher Self Guided 1 on 1 Energy Meditations® — she discovered a profound truth. Her Higher Self told her that every bout of diarrhea was planned for her in her Soul Contract, and that she chose this path as suffering builds character. She wasn't just shitting — she was expelling toxic, negative influences and low vibrational energy. Her Higher Self showed her that all her suffering happens for a reason, and she should be grateful for being chosen for such horrific experiences, instead of being negative. All her sadness, grief, fear, pain, and rage was all entirely her own fault and she could simply just choose to feel happy if she really tried.

Now she's happier than ever, and she's helping humanity spiritually ascend to 5D.

If this vague, generic, pathetic attempt at "inspirational", likely ChatGPT-generated word slop resonates with you, I have a free guide on how to connect with your Higher Self on my profile. But of course, if you want the REAL groundbreaking truth, you're going to have to book a several hundred dollar private coaching session with me 🙏✨ In which I will tell you only what you want to hear and/or victim blame you for your own problems because I care for nothing except making fast cash off the desperate and gullible.

Has anyone else ever found profound truth through uncomfortable diarrhea? This is not a question I actually intend to engage with, I just end these posts with questions in the hopes that it looks like I'm genuinely trying to participate, and not just posting an advertisement. But I am posting an advetisement, and if you comment, I will once again direct you to the links in my profile that lead you to my paid services. I also don't care at all if this is off-topic for the subreddit and will act like all spiritual communities believe in the same shit I do — AKA this "higher self" stuff in which you chose suffering for a reason blah blah blah blah I'm not interested in hearing your perspective, please give me your money.

Love and light and blessings to you all 🙏🔮☮✨🌈

How do I shift RIGHT NOW without actually shifting? HELP PLEASE

Guys please help me out, how do I shift INSTANTLY, GUARANTEED, RIGHT NOW, without using any methods or doing anything at all??? It's urgent. I asked ChatGPT and tarot cards and they both said that all 15 of my S/Os from various children's and young adult media are obsessed with me and miss me really bad and they want me to shift. So I need to shift RIGHT NOW but I don't want to use any method or technique because I can't do them. I can't meditate because my feet itch. Alunir methods don't work for me (I listened to 5 minutes and gave up) I can't get to the void state (I laid down in a dark room for 2 minutes before I got scared) I can't use the gateway tapes because ChatGPT said if I listen to them, satanic demons will crawl up my butthole and possess me, I can't lucid dream (I tried exactly once) I won't use subliminals or witchcraft (ChatGPT said they're DANGEROUS) I won't try sleep paralysis (DEMONS) and I don't want to do anything that takes any shred of effort.

No I'm not going to read the subreddit sidebar, FAQ, or search up one of many posts about shifting and things I can try. ChatGPT told me I'm too smart and special for all of that. But guys help me please it's urgent!!!! And if you don't give me an answer I like then I will keep posting some variation of this dumb ass post over and over again.

How it feels to have another night of progress (LD/AP) after reading 5 different "SHIFTING ISNT REAL, I TRIED 5 ALUNIR MEDITATIONS AND IT DIDNT WORK SO I'M QUITTING" posts yesterday

"Demotivating" content can't stop you if you really try (although if people can stop posting their vents in the jerk sub that'd be great) and by try I mean commit to methods that actually do something, like WBTB, don't complain "it didn't work" if all you've done is listen to alunir's 15 minute meditations and "went to sleep with intention". I started really committing to methods and I've seen more progress in the last month than I have in the past year or so. Don't rely on LOA or "intention" alone, it's ass.

My CR day still sucked ass, everything hurts and I'm exhausted, as always. But yet somehow I'm still feeling more hopeful than I have in a long while. There is nothing left to do but try, so why not try anyway?

If a pessimistic permachud like myself can make progress, so can you!!!!!!

Do not rely on other's beliefs: How to start finding what works for YOU.

If you're reading this, you've probably heard some variation of: "Everyone's shifting journey is different! You have to find what works for you!" - but you may not know where to begin doing that. So, I figured I'd share how I found my "path" so far and some tips on how to find yours.

TL;DR AT BOTTOM IF YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO READ ALL THIS, but please at least try to, I do talk a lot, but I promise there is information in there.

As a disclaimer: This post is intended for people who want to try methods or experiment beyond simple Law of Assumption or "just assume you've already shifted." If you want to keep doing that, cool, but this post is intended for people who want to see progress fast. I also HAVE NOT SHIFTED, please keep that in mind, but I have had some progress, which is why I'm posting this.

I've noticed an uptick in misinformation and heavy personal bias on the shifting subs as of late. Too many people are posting some bizarre and non-universal beliefs presented as fact, while others just give very vague advice like "whatever you believe works, will work" or "everyone's journey is different, you have to find what works for you" with no further clarification.

So let's try to remedy that!

Do not rely on the beliefs of others, no matter what they are.

People in the shifting community, and any remotely "spiritual" adjacent community, love to post their personal beliefs or theories as if they are solid fact. But that's probably not the case, especially when different people's ideas of "the true way to shift" contradict each other. Some of these beliefs are also unfortunately fear-mongering - such as the claim that "clones" of you exist when shifting, and your "clone" can act independently from you (this is highly unlikely and probably false), or that we all have "soul contracts"/debts we need to repay from a past life and until we do that (even when we don't know what it is... lol) then we're "not allowed" to shift. Or people saying that you won't shift if you don't have full 100% belief in it. In my opinion, these ideas do nothing but cause unnecessary fear and doubt in people.

I strongly suggest not listening to any of them, as they cannot be proven, and won't be - until you shift for yourself. I have a feeling that most of these beliefs are untrue (based on success stories) but even if that's not a guarantee, it is pointless to worry about these things when we don't know either way. And if something REALLY bothers you, just script it out. I wrote that once I shift, it is impossible for me to shift back to this CR, not by accident, not with "clones", nothing.

The same goes for "motivation" and "reassurance." To be blunt - nobody can "motivate" you but you. Nobody can prove reality shifting is real to you, only you can. This is frustrating, yes, but it can also be freeing if you think about it. You have to create your own belief system based on your own experience, and for a lack of a better term, go with what "feels right." This is hard to explain, but I believe you'll understand what I mean when you find something.

Once I started really committing to lucid dreaming, meditation, and astral projection techniques (and by committing I mean trying at LEAST multiple times per week. Not just one attempt every so often and countless days of "going to sleep with intention".) I started having some very interesting and exciting experiences, and I just got this intense feeling that I was doing something right.

Focus on something you ENJOY.

I feel like this is something that isn't really talked about. Though I am desperate to get out of this reality, I enjoy the process of my experiences to some degree, I find it all deeply interesting. When I have a successful lucid dream or meditation session, I become extremely excited and encouraged, and I can't wait to write it all down, analyze it, and use it to experiment for further attempts.

So, one thing that I think helps, that I never really see anyone talk about, is that you should follow what is inherently enjoyable to you. I've always had an interest in dreams and the paranormal, long before I knew what shifting was, so naturally it's easier for me to focus on lucid dream, astral projection, and meditation methods.

But I also explore these things unconventionally, in a way. I don't meditate to achieve tranquility, or focus on my breathing, or "ground myself", I meditate in a way where I focus on the visual effects I get, and focus on "disconnecting" from my physical body. (This is hard to explain in words, but it feels very different from how most guided meditations are structured, for example.) And I have no interest/don't believe in the New Age side of astral projection, so I ignore that for now, I just approach it with the same curiosity and openness I do with lucid dreaming.

Enjoying the process really does make it so much better, it's easier for me to deal with failed attempts if I'm still enjoying the exploration of it all, and I get better focus if I'm not fixated on "am I doing this method right" or "oops I moved my leg, and according to this guide the attempt is now ruined."

If a method yields no results after many consecutive attempts of trying, and is boring, stressful, or otherwise unenjoyable, then don't use it. No matter what other people in the community say. I do not repeat robotic affirmations in my head like "I have shifted" or "I easily lucid dream" ten thousand times every day, because I find it exhausting, boring, and ineffective. And guess what, I have still made progress without constantly affirming that I'm making progress, so it is NOT NECESSARY.

You do not need to "really believe", or affirm, or do any of that stuff if you don't want to. You don't need to lie in the starfish position without moving a muscle and count to 1000.

A little skepticism is good, but so is an open mind.

Basically, don't make quick judgements about anything. You should neither accept everything as true, nor write every new idea off as bullshit. I have had the most enjoyable time by approaching everything with curiosity.

This doesn't mean you should try everything. Some things are going to be obviously ridiculous. If someone's "key to shifting" is locked behind a 300 dollar paywall, maybe skip that one. Or any method you're not fully comfortable with. I believe that overcoming fear can be a great step in the right direction, but if sleep paralysis methods sound too scary for you (for example) you don't have to try them.

It takes time and practice in order to know what's bullshit and what has credibility, but check for consistency. If it's just one user writing comments insisting on eating rocks to heal your energy body and ascend to 6D, and nobody else, well you can probably write that method off as something you shouldn't try. But if multiple users are reporting the same experience, especially across different communities (for instance, not just an idea within the shifting community, but also one present in the astral projection community) then it may be worth looking into.

Please look outside of the shifting community, also, there's a lot of adjacent communities that will have stuff that helps. The lucid dreaming community for instance has a bunch of tried and tested methods, where it's basically a guarantee you WILL have a LD at some point if you are committed enough. The astral projection community is similar, lots of methods to try and advice that seems pretty consistent unlike the shifting community. (but I recommend trying LD first, AP seems to be harder.) The gateway tapes community is also similarly consistent, and some of the "focus states" like "focus 15" sound like the same thing as the "void state" the shifting community talks about. There are connections between these communities, even if most people in them don't want to admit that for some reason. But unfortunately the shifting community seems to get stuck on repeated ideas and beliefs that aren't really helpful, nor really explain how to get things to work.

There are no rules! Don't be afraid to get weird!

You don't HAVE to do things a certain way. You don't HAVE to follow a certain belief system just because a popular shifting account, youtuber, or "spiritual coach" says you do. We know very little about shifting, which can be discouraging... but it also means that, until proven otherwise, we can do what we like. I keep finding new things that seem to help me, but aren't typically mentioned by other shifters.

For example:

  • After over one and a half years of keeping a dreaming/shifting journal, I've found that I have a higher rate of success around the new moon. Why?! I have no clue! But it seems to work, so I make sure to make an attempt on the new moon just because it does.
  • Most guided meditations have some variation of focusing on/controlling your breathing. I've found it more effective to focus on the visualization or "colors" in my closed eye vision while meditating, as well as focusing on a "sinking" feeling.

A lot of my experiences don't feel like they line up perfectly with any one belief system, they often feel like a bunch of disconnected pieces. But that's fine. If it works it works, and I'm always intrigued by discovering new things.

TL;DR VERSION

How to find "what works for you"

  1. Try different things, keep an open mind, don't dismiss a new idea as "boring" or "weird"
  2. If a method is unenjoyable and isn't yielding results, stop doing it.
  3. If a method IS yielding results, like symptoms/lucid dreams - keep trying it! Don't give up because it wasn't a full shift yet!
  4. If you enjoy the method, EVEN BETTER! Try to find something that's fun if you can.
  5. Do not rely on others for reassurance or motivation
  6. Do not listen to any beliefs that don't seem right to you - just because someone claims something, doesn't mean it's true.
  7. Explore other communities other than just the shifting community. Like the sound of lucid dreaming methods? Then look in the lucid dreaming sub, watch lucid dream guides on youtube, etc.
  8. Don't be afraid to get weird and unconventional with your journey. You can make your own rules.

Still don't know where to start looking? I strongly recommend trying altered states - for beginners, (especially if you've tried the whole "sleeping with intention" and/or "just assume" stuff and it hasn't worked) meditation and/or lucid dreaming. This is something anyone can do, and in my opinion, you're practically guaranteed to have some experience at some point if you stay consistent with it. Neither have anything to do with belief and will work even if you're skeptical. I thought meditation was a huge waste of time for most of my life, but when I actually committed to trying it, I was surprised by it's effects.

Once again, I AM NOT A SUCCESSFUL SHIFTER, so please don't DM me asking me how to shift or how I can shift you, I can't! But the best I can do is give the above advice and hopefully, this will lessen the frustration of 200 "shifting is different for everyone!" posts that don't really explain much. And if anyone has their own thoughts or tips, feel free to drop them in the comments!

Not even exaggerating. 😭

I can't link the post due to rule 3 but this actually happened on one of the main subs. Someone replied to "why haven't I shifted yet" post #9406486 with "you need to do many things in order to evolve", so I asked them for clarification. They started talking about some "energetic evolution". I once again asked them, how do we do that? They said they had a "framework" that's "only for women." I asked why.

And then they started describing a weird BDSM dynamic about how it's to do with them being a dominatrix, how they can help women with their "goddess energy" and for men to be submissive, and just a bunch of stuff that was obvious it was this person's specific kink and not the "true way to shift" at all.

Not the first time someone has kink dumped on me during an attempt to have an honest in-depth discussion about shifting btw.

The shifting community is full of minors. Why are we hornyposting and disguising it as advice?!

WARNING: DON'T RAISE YOUR ✨🔮 VIBRATION🔮✨ TOO HIGH❗❗❗

Everyone is always saying that being in "low vibration" and feeling any kind of negative emotion whatsoever is a super duper no-go, because it totally RUINS all your spells, manifestations, curses you with misfortune, and also wrecks your soul and prevents you from ascending in the next lifetime or something. And most of the time my vibration was suuuper low, I thought I had "depression" or something but I now realize that all feelings are 100% a choice and that I can simply just think better and try harder and all my problems will be solved.

Well after some trial and error I have successfully ✨ raised my vibration ✨ and I'm feeling BETTER THAN EVER, like holy shit I feel hope for the first time in a long time and everything is so fun and I have SO MUCH ENERGY which clearly is the result of my ultra-high-vibration and I think I'm spiritually ascending or something too, that must be why I feel so POWERFUL 💪 and like I can DO ANYTHING because I AM GOD I AM A MASTER MANIFESTOR I AM THE MOST POWERFUL PRACTITIONER I AM 👁‍🗨🔮✨🪄

However this is also slightly inconvenient, because although it feels GREAT it has now been almost 3 days and I still have this constant high energy. I can't sleep properly. I can't focus. I feel like I'm just too ultra powerful and high vibrational for my puny human body and I need to do more than this physical body can handle. What am I supposed to do???!?!!! I was going to try a sleep spell but it's extremely hard for me to sit down and read a tutorial, let alone actually do that tutorial. Not that I even NEED tutorials for my spells or even ingredients. I can just set my intention and do anything I want to because I'm a spectacular wizard with bigger and higher vibrations than anyone else.

Haters will say it's a "manic episode" but I don't BELIEVE in that nonsense and according to the law of assumption that's not true because I say it's not. CLEARLY what I'm experiencing is a SPIRITUAL ASCENDANCE and it means all my desires are finally about to become true because I am JUST SO HIGH VIBRATIONAL I'M BOUNCING OFF THE FUCKING WALLS.

So be careful when raising your vibration sweaties 😊❤ or else if you raise it too much too soon you'll start acting like a crackhead and people will try to send you all sorts of negative energy by calling you "manic" or saying they're "concerned" about you and that you "should really get some sleep". They're just haters and they'll never understand the true reality of things.

Being a nihilistic permachud is weirdly cathartic sometimes

Call this CR my "waiting room" the way I'm just passing time til I gtfo

What are your favorite channels for subliminals with spells/magic?

As the title says, what's the best (in your opinion) subliminal channels that use spells, magic, witchcraft etc?

Still struggling to get results after over one and a half years, so I'm going to try and listen to ONLY spell subs for a while and see if that does anything.

All suggestions welcome, don't worry about them being too "dangerous" "forced" "ug" or anything, the more powerful the better lol

EDIT: Ideally NOT for SP/love only because that's the one topic I have no interest in 💀(if the channel has SP + other topics that's fine, just not SP only!)

Is it true that YouTube compresses subliminal audio quality, and if so, does this make a difference?

I found a new subliminal channel today that has a disclaimer in their video descriptions, stating that YouTube always compresses audio and thus that the subliminal may be "less effective." Of course, they "conveniently" offer uncompressed audio downloads behind a Patreon subscription paywall.

However, this is not the first time I've come across this claim, and it's not always to advertise a Patreon. The "MOAB" booster for example comes as a (free) download file for similar reasons, supposedly to avoid YouTube compression.

And as someone who has been using YouTube subliminals for over one and a half years now with no visible results so far... maybe there is something to this? I'll be honest I'm still skeptical of the whole concept given my experience, but there's also so many people in the subliminal community that, I figure we would've all moved on if it was a complete lie, right.

So, if anyone out there is an experienced sub maker/user --- do you think audio quality/compression makes a significant difference? If so, what can be done about it? Should we be making our own uncompressed subliminal files to listen to?

Please don't just comment with the usual "it will work if you believe it will". I have been putting in consistency and trying my best to believe for 1.5+ years. I really do think there's more to it than just whether you believe enough or not.
