I have had two different dental plans from my two different health care job neither of them included adult orthodontics. is this a normal thing? do you guys have coverage? I have very bad bottom row with my teeth and it only gets worse in time.
32 year old male here I feel like karma is here to collect in my teens and early 20's i didn't want kids or a life partner all i wanted was to achieve my dream body at all costs and will goals of dying in the process. long story short i stop all drugs and had no clue about the next steps. so i returned to school got a nursing degree. its taking me until the last couple of years to find out all i want in life is a family of my own and I dream about it the fact I dont have it and feel i may never have it because of my younger mindset. most nights i hope i dont wake up and day dream about death all day because I dont want to live with the thoughts of living a life without a family of my own

The reason behind this is i really was write a children's book about learning Spanish(even though im also trying to learn Spanish) I wanna peak kids curiosity about Spanish so if they wanna learn it they will young and easier for the Spanish . Learning as a adult is really tough haha I also as a child just loved cartoons and was horrible at reading myself reading at a elementary level at a adulthood. I wanna combine something I love Spanish with something i do not enjoy reading to show kids it can be fun to do both things
If any artists have free time and are willing to take on the task of all tasks haha I would really appreciate it and it would mean the world to me

today I was sitting at the gravesite of loved ones and im always manifesting and thanking God, I see angel numbers all the time particularly 911. Today i was hanging out at a gravesite and I look out of the corner of my eye a big round balloon like the movie IT was sticking out like a sore thumb and i could not take my eye off it. It was not scary but rather comforting has anybody been to a place and something was there that felt out of place like a sign for you?

Hello i'am a guy living in the middle of the united states, I have always wanted to make and meet Japanese friends since i was a child. Where I live currently live the Japanese population is not here. The Japanese society here is full of Americans so i didn't bother going there with no body from Japan even in it(there really isn't anything where i live to entice someone from another country to live here. The few Japanese guys i have met here were at my job in healthcare so i could not exchange info with them. Which leads me to here I was wondering if any guys here would wanna be friends and talk about your life in Japan and what you do for fun, I would be greatly a appreciate it as i think Japanese people are wonderful and amazing. Im in complete awe of every aspect of japan

I was wondering if anybody has had the things they wanted to happen after seeing angel numbers? I was reading through the manifestation thread and i read something that has not left my mind. they stated something along the line of "they are not meaning anything just separate manifestations seeing the numbers themselves" I personally dont believe that,

Over the past 6 years i have really fallen in love with the culture of Honduras and have started to learn alot more about it. one of my dreams since childhood was to speak Spanish.
I work in healthcare and was trying to do a medical mission trip there but was unable too but plan on it again here by the end of the year

I have been trying to find a research paper stating something along the lines of "when you use steroids you will always have a advantage after using it even after 10 plus years of not using it. It changes the cell structure? is something i vaguely remember
I blasted prohormones for 1-2 years then blasted Tren ace, test prop, winnie for over a year straight without off cycling in my early 20's
I have realized that when i go on a long break from training and get back too training within a month i have increased my lifts by 100% and i have that diet steroid look i have not used steroids in over 12 years and i feel this is not a normal thing for a lifetime natural
Am I correct in my analysis and am i remembering the research correctly?
