I'm 14 years old, 101 kg, workout in the gym, pay attention to what I am eating, going into a calorie deficit and i focus on protein.
The problem is that some of my family members say that I eat a lot however it's still in a calorie deficit.
However it made me quite confused.
Everything i eat is regularly focused on protein.
Are they correct or am I going the right path?

Bismillah, assalamualaikum, have you ever entered the graveyard but you had troubles respecting the graveyard, graves, and you don't know the Sunnah?
Inshallah I'll mention the main stuff you should say or do.
1: Say the entering Dua.;"As-salamu 'alaykum ahl al-diyar min al-mu'minin wa'l-Muslimin, wa innaa in sha Allahu bikum lahiqun. Nas'al Allaha lana wa lakum al-'afiyah."
English: "Peace be upon you, O inhabitants of these dwellings (graves), from among the believers and the Muslims. Indeed, we, if Allah wills, will be joined with you. We ask Allah for well-being for us and for you"
Scholars view:Scholars unanimously agree that reciting an entering dua for the graveyard (supplication) is a highly recommended (Sunnah) practice.

2: Making Dua for your close ones; there is a mistake most people do, and it's raising your hands toward the grave, don't, make Dua towards the Qiblah, it's dangerous, making Dua in front of the grave is dangerous.
Scholar view: Scholar consensus agrees that facing the Qibla (the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca) is recommended for all supplication, including prayers and dua for the dead. However, it is an encouraged etiquette rather than an obligation.
Some scholars, including Shaykh Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz, permit facing the grave directly.

3: Do NOT recite the Qur'an as a way of mourning, or as any way, it's dangerous and consider bid'ah because the prophet PBUH did not do it.
Scholar's view: The Hanafi, Hanbali, and Maliki schools generally permit gifting the reward, believing the deceased benefits. Conversely, the Shafi'i school and certain other scholars argue the reward does not automatically transfer.

4:when walking between the graves of the Muslims remove your shoes; the prophet PBUH saw a man walking between the graves and he told him to remove them, because it's considered respect when you remove your shoes.
Scholar's view: Major scholars, including those of the Hanbali and Shafi'i schools, consider it a part of the Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) to remove one's shoes when walking between and around graves.
Scholars make allowances for wearing shoes if there is a necessity, such as burning hot ground, extremely sharp pebbles, or thorns that could cause injury.

Is this one of the things that the hadiths has not mentioned, the scholar and sheikh of masjid Al nabawi Mohammed bin Saleh has answered this question, he said that it's ALLOWED except if you are on a huge impurity like period/release of semen/after pregnancy blood ect.
Jazakumulahu Allahu Khairan
