Every manufacturer in the watch industry has its water resistance mean a little bit different. How does Blancpain do it?

In specific I have been eyeing up a used Air Command but the 3bar water resistance has me concerned as I have never owned a watch with such low ratings.

I understand its not a swimming watch with such low water resistance but is 3bar so low that its a take it off when you do the dishes, wash your hands, or are in a downpour? Its supposed to be a field watch.

Nothing is set in stone until the ruling is out but I think anyone in NY should be doing some leg work on getting ahead of what will most likely happen.

For me It will probably be a Glock 42 because I always wanted the baby Glock for my Glock collection.

My factory Goodyear Wranglers are finally nearing the end of their life. I have been happy with the traction levels.

Any options to keep that level of snow and offroad performance but possibly squeak out an additional MPG?

So I have been on the hunt for a Mechanical chronograph to be part of my small collection

Since this model is discontinued despite its recent release you can get some crazy deals on them in the gray market, below that of a used BB Chrono.

Reviews are oddly sparse but the B01 movement seems very well received and is used in variation with Tudor. Its also a 300m chrono which is a rare combo.

My place for this would be my ultimate tool watch from hopping in a pool/ocean to helping unstick a 4x4 buried in the mud. Something I am not afraid of it being on my wrist as I live my life. Easy to read, easy to be able to time things, good lume.

What are some of the pitfalls of this watch? Why wouldn't I want it?
