Need help with a progressive claim
So I’ve currently been sitting in Ohio for 14 days waiting for Progressive to process my claim on my RV. so there is a previous claim where my axle was replaced in San Antonio less than two months ago, they in fact installed underrated axle equipment, causing more damage,when I reported the SECOND claim I mentioned that I struck a ditch, and my point of view it’s either they installed the wrong equipment and it was a progressive approved repair shop so Progressive should be liable for the incorrect parts being installed and go after the previous shop OR it should be processed as new damage either way I’m now 15 days late to return to work and running out of money sleeping in my truck sitting in Ohio waiting for them to process this claim. I will add that they have already reimburse me for my hotel. any advice on how I can get this to move faster would be very appreciated running out of money stuck in middle Ohio
