I have very flat feet with the right having overpronation. My knee is absolutely aching. Im struggling to walk and put alot of weight on half way through the day. Physio is not helping me at all. What steps should i be taking? Ive tried running trainers and not much has helped. Not sure what i should be wearing anything with a soft sole is killing me.

I have a cold and my sinuses are blocked. I tried steam and around an hour later i had two episodes of everything spinning for around 2 seconds. What should i do to help relieve myself

I’m one year post op and for the last four days i have a really bad burning sensation which starts at midsection under the rib where gallbladder was and travels down. It’s like a deep burning sensation. Pain killers are having no effect. I’ve been to the doctors who said wait for a scan but it’s really making feel worried. I’ve not felt like this before

I hear the new lineups of TCLs are going to be released soon. Ive been eyeing the 55C6K but the price never seems to budge. Do you think they will be discounted soon? Or does anyone know similar model with similar features?
