What’s your experience? I started on clobetasol and my skin was super red, stingy and itchy everywhere. After a bit more than a week and a lower dose, my skin is back to its usual color but I still feel stinging and burning in the perianal area. It is super sensitive and stretching the area hurts a bit, like it’s not elastic at all.

So I got prescribed clobetasone instead, I want to hear your experience on clobetasone if you have any.

I started my treatment 4 days ago and I'm putting a very very small micro-pea size over the affected area.

The area was red when I started and now it has gotten even more red. I didn't have any burning until today.

Could it be that clobetasol makes redness worse? How's your experience?

I was prescribed to use it everyday for a month, then every other day for another month.

I got diagnosed LS recently and I'm starting with Dermovat. How do you know where to apply it? I have tears on the 6 o'clock so I know for sure that I need to apply it there. But what about the rest of the vulvar? Is it risky if I apply in areas where it doesn't need to be applied?

I couldn't really ask all the questions I wanted to my doctor because I only got the diagnosis over a letter, the prescription and no instructions whatsoever on how to use it.

One more question, how do you handle clobetasol + sex + tears? I'd assume you can't apply the corticoid if you have an active tear that's bleeding?

Anyone else has these bugs where neighbourhood stories are adopting like 7 babies per household? And also in the bathroom the sims getting stuck in the toilet/sink (any object really) even though there is enough space for them to just walk. I've tried removing the objects and letting them through but it's getting annoying.

So I struggled with yeasts and UTI a lot when I was younger and was always treated with antibiotics. But one time 6 years ago, I got treated again for a big UTI with antibiotics and that gave me my first tear in the vaginal entrance.

After that I kept tearing over and over and over again. It heals, tear again.

I got diagnosed with Vaginismus after experiencing so much pain during sex because of the tearings and my pelvic floor got very hyper reactive.

I’ve been on Vaginismus treatment for 3 years but my bleeding/tearing never stops. So the doctors did Botox on the muscles, and realized the tearing at the entrance is not stopping anyway. Botox helped a lot with the muscle pain.

Turns out now I’m going to have a biopsy for this diagnosis Lichen Sclerosus and I’m very scared. At the same time I would love to know what is wrong with my vulva :( I can’t have sex at all because of the tearing and lube/corticoids/creams don’t help at all. I’ve developed scarring around the entrance now.

All these 6 years have gave me so much health anxiety and now I’m really scared of biopsy’s pain 🥺

What do y’all honestly think about customs? Because I’m a huge fantasy girl and I wanted to paint customs with the book characters/places that I love.
Are the customs good quality or their tonality is off? If they are good, which company would you recommend for customs?

I’ve been struggling with tears and vaginismus for 5 years which led me to also have constant pelvic/butt muscle tension everyday with pain.

I’ve been on dilators for years but honestly? They don’t work. I keep getting tears on my entrance only when I have sex even though I am on dilators 4 size and I never tear with dilators.

So I decided to give Botox a try, and it worked. I have zero pain when having sex.
I also had muscle relaxers injections all over my pelvic muscles and it reduced the tension and pain I had every single day.

But I still get BIG tears on the entrance that bleeds and it hurts after sex. They take a long time to heal.

I don’t know what else to do, I am loosing all hopes because doctors are honestly useless. I’ve been going to them for years, and the only thing they told me to do is dilators and breathing exercises.
So I finally went and paid for my Botox privately at another clinic, and I finally see an improvement. But no one tells what I have in my entrance.

I am honestly just disheartened, and I don’t know what else to do for these tears.

I got referred for a surgery and the doctor was so judgmental and just AWFUL. She didn’t even give me a proper diagnostic and dismissed me like I was nothing.

My experience with doctors is just so low…

So I still don’t have a proper diagnosis onto why my skin tears all the time.

I’ve tried SO many different lubes, different positions, speed, me on control, everything. Yet it still happens the same in the 6’ o’clock entrance.
