I don't know why Youtube is not pushing 🥲
I am focused on Indian Audience...and YouTube is not pushing my content, yeah I lack highfi editing, but the knowledge quality is super good and unmatched
But I guess youtube doesn't reward knowledge 🙃

Have been posting consistently from this year, More than 50 Long form videos , but CTR is soo low, how will my channel grow?
Any suggestions?
Hey have started my youtube channel this year, and had been posting consistently since, roughly 50+ Long form videos.
But in Youtube Studio , i am seeing My CTR is super low, 1-2% only, which is not good if i want to grow,
can anyone please tell me how to improve my CTR?

YouTube randomly recommended me this small creator and honestly… this is the type of self improvement content I’ve been searching for.
No cringe edits.
No “wake up at 4 AM” nonsense.
Just thoughtful videos that feel weirdly personal.

Why would you Hire a stranger who has nothing to offer?
I ponder upon this question, that every begginer in the start doesn't have any skill or something like that, so why am I thinking so much of it, I am 22 already, and the only thing I am currently good at (I mean begginer level Good 😭😂) is that I can communicate freely, + I love to motivate others around me. I don't know why but it flows naturally out of me, ya people say that I should become a motivational speaker or something but I know they are overeating me 😭. Anyways does my role fit anywhere?
I am Ashish, 22yrs old from Patna, Bihar, India.
Hey everyone,
I’m a former competitive shooter currently preparing for UPSC while trying to rebuild life after an accident and a long sports journey.
Over the years, sports taught me:
\- discipline
\- consistency
\- pressure handling
\- focus
\- long-term commitment
I’ve spent years training seriously in shooting sports, including 8-hour practice days and national-level competition experience. Alongside that, UPSC preparation has given me a strong understanding of current affairs, society, and communication.
Right now, I’m looking for opportunities to work, learn, and grow — whether it’s:
\- remote work
\- accountability/coaching support
\- content/community-related work
\- research/helping roles
\- communication-based work
\- anything where discipline and consistency matter
I may not have a traditional resume full of corporate experience yet, but I genuinely learn fast, stay committed, and take work seriously.
If anyone feels I could be useful somewhere, then let me know.

Anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong?
Everyone talks about Ikigai like it’s this one perfect purpose you’re supposed to find.
But what I understood is:
It’s not something you “find” once
It’s something you build over time
It comes from doing small things that give your life direction
For example, instead of asking “What is my purpose?”, a better question is:
👉 “What feels meaningful enough to keep showing up for?”
That shift alone changes everything.
I made a short video explaining this in a simple way and how you can start figuring it out practically.
Would honestly like your thoughts on it:
