Is it alright for me to interrupt my sleep on purpose due to vivid nightmares
This is a serious question because I (a 15-17 year old girl) am having very bad and vivid nightmares, this has happened to me before where I had realistic nightmares in the past but they’ve returned and I fucking hate them.
im beginning to be scared falling asleep only taking naps in the day when I seem to not dream at all, I have struggled hard with my mental health and usually take on everyone’s problems before my own and am wondering whether this has something to do with it.
MY IDEA: if I were to fall asleep every night and have an alarm clock set for every 3 hours, then I won’t dream, I would turn it off and go back to bed. Is this a bad idea I need to know

The Amazing Digital Circus won’t be structured like every present day story AKA first slide. I think that it will be structured like a classic tragedy, so the last episode will show the cast dealing with all of the shit that had happened, it would show them slowly going insane and not dealing with the exile they’ve sent themselves to.
