Hello everyone! It's my first time posting here since I finally decided to get a Nendoroid. I've decided on Snow Miku 2022 since I'm a huge fan of her design.

But it's not as easy as buying one of course. The official ones go for around 60 to 70 euros and I can use a proxy to buy one from Japan, BUT, apparently the bootlegs are really difficult to tell apart from the original since they imitate the box really well and even with that they are difficult to authenticate outside of it (I think? This is from scouting a bit of Reddit beforehand in search of more answers).

Having said this, can someone give me some tips about this issue? I'll appreciate every bit of information possible since this Nendoroid is my dream at the moment.

I can buy from many Japanese shops like Mercari using proxys, so there's room to work with.

Earlier today I went out to hang out with a friend and while I was out, my parents straight up "reorganised" my desk (I prepared a couple things for them to do something light, not something like this...). I have plans for it for a bit later, including a structure exactly there to hold the PC like a standard office desk.

This straight up looks like medieval torture for the poor thing. On top of whatever this DIY mess is, that metallic part on the top left corner is supposed to hold everything in place (they bend super easily)

Disclaimer: I'm not farming karma with Leggyld, I'm just documenting what he is/does since nobody seems to have done so beforehand except from some photos or brief videos. I'm genuinely interested on his lore.

Disclaimers away, yeah, the fella seems to have this animation across all of his static appearances. Interesting to say the least.

Days 4, 5 and 6 will contain all of the cutscenes in the Hazy Manor Otherside with Day 6 showing the Skulk chase for the first time.

Also, it's kinda neat that he floats under the semisubmerged torii arc, it gives some sort of sensation that he is special (of course he is his easter egg is insane) but anyways, here's your Leggyld post!

Ah yes the devs adding an easter egg that you can only see ONCE PER SAVEFILE (I'm not joking) again, and this time, guess what, you need TWO save files for the full version.

And that isn't the worst part. Unlocking Hazy Lane on Hailey's chapter 5 requires 18 HOURS of gameplay.

Just to see this you need to play 36 HOURS. (Yes I searched this on the wiki but I explained how painful is to get this, also you need 2 real life days as well after the 18 hours)

This Yo-Kai Watch 3 rerun is insane...

I have finally reached the point in the story where you unlock Mirapo and Hazy Lane, and as I'm the guy hunting for Leggyld's Lore, I tried Hazy Lane. When I reached him (he spawns 150 meters/yards in) I stayed a bit to see if something happened (and because I wanted to see him again so badly lol, after seven years...).

Well, he does do something... I think I'm the first person to document this.

Hello! First time posting here, I think this info may fit this sub, even if its a bit obvious already, I wanted to try.

Let's do a little experiment! Give yourselves a little moment off Reddit and talk to another person or look at a mirror. Focus a bit at the area that contains the eyes and their surroundings. Notice how the eyes *don't* change.

This is because what gives us information of other people's facial expressions aren't the eyes as they don't change (except from the pupil which only changes with the level of light, 99'999999% of time doesn't happen while talking) but rather what changes are mostly *the eyelids, the eyebrows, the cheeks and the mouth.*

Source? You were looking at it, it's that simple without extra steps. Seriously, there's no strings attached.

What does this mean? Well, looking at the eyes is an idiom because they are somewhat centered and catch people's attention easily (not here don't worry) but they don't give relevant data for themselves, the rest of the face is what truly carries. The more you know.

TL/DR: NTs say to look into the eyes but rather is to look at the rest of the face, that's the key for facial expression comprehension.

Quick disclaimer: although the animals displayed are 100% physical and real, *their fictional counterparts are biologically inaccurate, and this is what I'm going to discuss here.*

Squids. My favorite animals since I was little, specifically the gigantic ones. Oversized creatures of the deep with an aura of mystery surrounding them (and that get hunted by sperm whales). For centuries they have inspired tales of krakens and such in the seven seas due to their large size and many limbs filled to the brim with extremely potent... *Suckers*. Yes, THAT'S the problem.

You see, in like *every single movie that exists*, squids, no matter the size, have standard, *boring* suckers on their tentacles, like your average octopus or cuttlefish. This can be seen in movies such as The Meg (a giant squid tries to crush a submarine but The Meg eats it) and its sequel The Meg 2: The Trench, with its infimous Kraken. Notice something... *Missing?*

EXACTLY! Historically, Hollywood associates cephalopods and their tentacles to have standard suckers to apply pressure (this can be seen clearly in both movie images).

Well, biology and evolution said a hard NO to that.

The giant squid (the *Architeuthis* genre) have suckers with SERRATED BORDERS. This means that at the same time they apply pressure, they push these jagged suckers onto their prey, completely piercing them. This is equivalent to a hydraulic press pushing a CIRCULAR SAW through your skin. What this implies in The Meg is that the squid would have cracked the sub's glass *at the minimum display of strength*, due to the pressure being way too high on HUNDREDS of spots AT ONCE, this making the sub implode to the surrounding pressure.

Meanwhile, its cousin, the colossal squid (*Mesonychoteuthis hamiltoni*), has straight up HARPOONS in its suckers that, apart from being designed to pierce and get stuck deep, THEY CAN ROTATE THEM 360° AT WILL. If the Meg 2's Kraken had these, IT WOULD HAVE KILLED ANYTHING ON ITS PATH. In the movie it dies to a Meg after almost crushing it. A Colossal squid-like Kraken would have KILLED ALL OF THE MEGS. Just imagine the size of the harpoons on the Kraken... Yikes.

TL/DR: Hollywood and the movie industry DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A BIOLOGICALLY ACCURATE GIGANTIC SQUID.

I'm going to the (second, the hype in Spain and Portugal is INSANE) Madrid concert this November and after doing some research, I discovered that a Miku Expo NA glowstick is almost THREE TIMES more expensive as a Magical Mirai one (I converted the price to USD as a reference). Yes, I know that there's tariffs and Japan generally being cheaper due to a 30-year economic freeze but I never thought that the price disparity would be THIS big.

Honestly? I don't even know how are the European ones going to go, the ones in the Philippines were like 35$ USD and the situation is a bit tense nowadays. For now let's just wait to see how the prices go, I know branded merch is overpriced due to the status but after hearing stories about Coachella and its like $150 fries at the stalls... I'm speechless.

After saying this, I hope y'all enjoy your expos with Miku and the Crypton crew and spend your money on something special to love 'til the Sun dies.
