Bar Bus Groomers is the hourly really worth it?
So I am looking for a weekend shift and am in between two mobile companies one offering only 30% with rebooking at 80% it goes up to 40% commission. Bark bus offering $21.50 with sign on bonus and they claim after tips the hourly is closer to the $30 range per hour. My question is do the tips really outweigh the low starting pay or is it just the rainbows and unicorns they use to get employees? I am in a massive city so I don't think volume will be an issue I'm just worried the tips aren't going to be as great as they claim. Theoretically I can make more on commission but I'm not paid for drive time or cleaning so I think the hourly is seeming more worth it just so I don't work a single second without being paid.
Tldr: I would appreciate feedback from anyone who actually works with bark bus because there aren't many places hiring weekend work only in my area and I don't want to turn down a commission rate job if I ultimately end up making less because they sell me on fluff
