Morning inflammation

I don’t know if anyone else experiences this but when I wake up every morning my whole body feels extremely inflamed and painful especially my legs and stomach which feel like they are throbbing whenever I wake up. I’ve also noticed (as I’ve been on a weight loss journey) that if I weight myself in the morning I’m often 1-2 pounds heavier than at night despite having eaten all day. Does anyone else get really badly inflamed in the morning or have any idea how to relieve this I’m sick of feeling like crying in pain whenever I’m getting ready for work in the morning .

How I’d rank cuphead bosses based on how difficult they are to S rank

After a few S rank runs Saltbaker still gives me trouble, even wally is easy now but had to give him an honourable mention at A tier for how difficult he was first time round.

Free samples

Does anyone know what happens if you get free samples from TikTok shop and you don’t promote them. A free sample is getting delivered soon but I’m out the country for like 3 weeks (I know a bit stupid), but if anyone knows what happens or what to do please lmk

Vegan protein powder

Recently made the change from vegetarian to vegan and I need ways to get my protein in. I get a lot of my protein now from tofu but I’m getting a little sick of eating it everyday but many of the other substitutions like beans, chickpeas and lentils I cannot stand the texture of. I’ve been able to get a little creative with the tofu by doing things like blending it into a sauce and stuff. But before becoming vegan I was a big protein powder person, as I’m a big gym goer aswell as someone with PCOS so getting my protein in is pretty essential for me. I would love to hear any recommendations on vegan potein powders or even other ways I could hit my protein goals!

This bee keeps turning up at my door step

I just recently got a new puppy in my home and because of this I’m leaving my porch door open everyday so she can get in and out to go pee. But for the past 5 days this little bee has been showing in my porch in the exact same place everyday, everytime I have been giving it a little sugar water then taking it and putting it on the flower beds in my garden. Of course this could be a coincidence and it’s actually been different bees the past five days but if it’s not I thought this was really interesting. Anyone got any idea why the bee would do this?

Is going to Phuket a waste in rainy season

Me and my friend are traveling to Thailand around the end of June and are debating where abouts we should stay. We’ve decided to go Bangkok and another location but we are still deciding where to go. We both want to go to Phuket as we’d never been before but I’ve heard it’s rainy season over there. The other option was koh samui where the weathers supposed to be nice but I’ve already been there before. Has anyone else traveled to Phuket in June, what was it like?

I had my first belly bar around 4 years ago now healing process was perfectly fine and had zero issues with it but my top ball fell out during a trip to Amsterdam and I couldn’t get a replacement and it unfortunately closed up. After around a year I decided to get it repierced, but my old piercing shop had closed down, so I went to a different one in my area. WHEN I SAY PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM. I had this piercing for around a year looked after it with saline spray havent rushed to change the bar but the skin was thinning it was constantly red and leaking pus. Finally decided to take it out because I was fighting a losing battle at that point. But I’m unsure if this was an issue with the new piercing/piercer or the scar tissue from the first impacting it. Will I be able to get it repierced in the future? How can I heal this scar? Any advice appreciated!

\*note: the pic is from right after I took it out it’s not as inflamed now\*
