So I've ordered Google Fitbit Air on Amazon DE 1st of June with delivery to Poland. The site is telling me that delivery would be tomorrow, but I can see on a progress bar that the product is not event "sent". What is this?

Tomorrow I will finally swap my old rtx 2060 with 9060 xt. I saw some tips that I should fully uninstall drivers in windows safe mode before removing old card. Is this true? Is this necessary?

So last year I've decided to build a budget PC but leave my old graphic card - RTX 2060. I don't play games very often, but it happened again - the new game which I really wanted to play is released (Gothic Remake this time) and I have to play on low settings...

I want to finish my build with small budget card... Don't want to spend like above 500 usd for a new card... Just want to play some new games on at least medium settings (I have 1080p monitor)

So I've gain some weight since pandemic, now I'm 28 years old, around 6ft tall and weight about 220 pounds. I have problems with losing weight. I've decided to do some blood tests to see the results, because I haven't done it for a few years. My glucose seems normal (89 mg/dl after night, 96mg/dl after drinking 2h after drinking 75g glucose solution). But my insuline seems a little hight, i had 19,30µIU/ml on an empty stomach, after drinking glucose solution 75g I had: after one hour - 239µIU/ml, after two hours - 48,70µIU/ml.

Does it look like insuline resistance? I wasn't consulting my results with doctor yet
