Hey all. Unfortunately new to this life. Wife and I just agreed that we would get divorced this morning. We have a 14 month old and I’m a mess. I don’t have a lot of friends. My family doesn’t live here and I feel beyond alone at this point. It hurts to look at my boy. I feel so broken and bad for him. He has no idea how much has just changed in an instant. My heart is broken.
Welp fellas, it's been a good run as a married couple, but it looks like my wife wants to file for divorce. We've always struggled a bit to connect intimately, but I was really hoping we could find common ground. We've got a 1 year old now and it's been brutal the last two years trying to connect sexually, but I figured once we got through some of these first years we could find our footing a bit more. I've always supported her, been there for her, and I feel completely blindsided right now.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for by posting this, but I've never felt more alone, sad, and scared for the future. I never wanted this for my child and now it feels like so much is out of my control and it's breaking my heart. I come from a broken family and I have told my wife since day one that the number one thing I want in life is to be with someone who wants to be with me through thick and thin and here I am 3 years into marriage 1 year into having a child and it's all going to shit in the matter of two weeks.
Edit: to the people that think I’m pressuring my wife, I’m hiding something, or she is cheating. I don’t need your comments trying to make me feel like shit or like I’m the problem or I’m hiding or lying to you. I came here for support during a traumatic and horrible time in my life. If I were doing something wrong, I wouldn’t have hid it. Lying here does me no good. I’m looking for support. Kick a large rock if you’re wanting to contribute to that.
Anyone have a recommendation for a good tile person? Also looking to have a smaller bathroom ripped and replaced. Any local recommendations would be helpful!
Anyone have any recommendations for 50-60mi loop or out and back rides that have dispersed camping in the area? I have a rough route planned near Buffalo Creek Campground but spots are already full. I’d take other suggestions too. Traveling from Denver.
