Pennsylvania Dutch Swankey
Just saw a video about swankeys and thought it would be nice to make a stronger version, since it's a small beer. However, I'm not an expert. I have googled, but haven't found a good recipe for a higher alcohol version.
Has anyone tried this or does an experienced brewer want to have a go at it? Thanks!
