A little about me

I’m a 27-year-old Muslim, having just turned 27 this August, currently based in Melbourne, Australia, and working in business development for a private firm.

I’d describe myself as a busy bee who’s usually doing something. At work, I enjoy building meaningful connections with people across different companies, maintaining existing relationships, and contributing to business growth. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and trying new things. I recently completed my first 10K at Run Melbourne 2026 in just under an hour, and I’m now aiming to take on a half marathon towards the end of the year. In short, I enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone, embracing new experiences, and maintaining an active lifestyle while staying mentally and physically fit.

I’m also continuously working on improving myself when it comes to my deen. I try to pray five times a day, and as I’m usually at work during Asr, I often pray Asr and Maghrib together at the mosque. I also attend a Quran class almost every Sunday. Faith is important to me, and I’d like to build a marriage where both partners support and encourage each other in becoming better Muslims, while also enjoying life and making good memories together.

When it comes to marriage, I’m looking for someone who is kind, caring, emotionally mature, family-oriented, supportive, and communicative, with a good sense of humour. I believe marriage is a partnership where both people stand by each other through the good and difficult times and work together to build a peaceful and loving home.

I’m open to getting to know someone from different backgrounds and locations, as long as we share similar values, intentions, and outlook towards marriage.
