Engagement photo help

The first one isn't awful but the rest look like we've been microwaved (idk how to explain that, it's just the vibe I get)
I only have about 15% of pigment left (vitiligo) and so it's hard for me to not look ghostly but would appreciate any sort of touching up.
Our friend did these as a gift & while I'm very thankful, the quality just isn't the best
(Don't even get me started on his wrinkled shirt smh)

Spiderman themed 30th

Hello everyone, my fiancé (29,M..husband in 53 days!!) will be turning 30 in July! Yes, I know it's only May but I like to start planning quite a bit in advance, especially being busy adults (I like to give everyone an advanced notice)
He never had birthday parties growing up and Spider-Man was always his favorite (still is) and with turning 30, I think it would be fun to throw him a party and he has agreed that he would enjoy that.
Obviously doing red and blue decorations, but was curious on any input to make it more of an "adult" party instead of it looking like a child's themed party. I was considering red and blue Jell-O shots? Also want to do some themed foods, open to suggestions. There will only be 12 people attending (us included) Thanks in advance! 🕸️
