Without going into too much detail, I have a fire rebuild (interior only) and need someone who is reliable and most importantly qualified + available.

I reached out to North Bay Contractors and never heard back. Degagne gave a quote but it’s $25k more than service master and I don’t know if my insurance is willing to pay the difference, and they can’t start for almost 2 months.

Looking for other options on who I can contact that will do a great job and get started ASAP

Travelling to Montego Bay November 25 with two small kids. I’m planning to pay for club mobay for departure, but wondering if I should either

A) get club mobay for arrival and take the shuttle with kids to resort (45 mins away)

B) skip the club mobay for arrival and pay for private transfer.

Are the customs lines still awful? We’ve never been to Jamaica so I haven’t had to experience this yet. Hoping to save $ where I can but also don’t want to be miserable with two exhausted kids stuck in a line forever

Haven’t even worn my new villa pink hoodie, noticed a small mark on it so I sprayed puracy (love puracy for stains) and when I took it out of the wash it looked like blue dye bled on it? 🥲🥲 Not sure if it was from other clothes or the stain treatment. Needless to say I did not read that you can’t spot treat it OR wash with other clothes (wtf!?).

So if you get a stain on your sweat fleece are you SOL? What do you do?! Say a prayer and throw it in the wash with no stain treatment? I’m considering buying a new one to replace the one I just ruined but with two kids I don’t think I can own anything that you can’t properly clean 🥲 there’s gotta be a way?!

Question about daycare:

I’m wondering if anyone has any insight in the age maximum for Durham region daycares specifically daycares run by the region.

Online it shows the toddler room age range is 1.5-2.5 and pre school is 2.5 - 6 years old.

So my question: Is a Durham region daycare allowed to exceed this age limit? Example: a 3 or 3.5 year old in the toddler room?

This is the second one we’ve received with the same issue, won’t connect to our wifi.

I’ve tried:
- changing wifi to 2.4ghz
- changing password to have no special characters
- turned off private relay on my iPhone

I am FED up. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? I am ready to throw it out the window 😅

For context - just got a used 2023 Santa Fe hybrid 80k. I noticed within the first few drives that when using apple car play and speaking on the phone after about 40 seconds there is a major delay for me/the other person. The delay is between 5-10 seconds before they can hear what I’ve said. It’s incredibly irritating and obviously I can’t make phone calls now because of the delay.
I can use Bluetooth for calls but need to disconnect from apple car play which is unsafe / annoying to pull over and disconnect or call the person back. It also means I can’t use Google Maps and be on the phone simultaneously. I now resort to having to keep my phone on speaker like it’s 2005.

I took it to a dealer and they said it’s an apple car play issue and they can’t do anything. I just feel like this can’t be the only answer? A 3 year old 30k+ car and I’m told “sorry can’t help you”.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please tell me there is a fix
