Tips/advice for a fresh grad starting my first job soon?

Hi! Soo I'll be starting my first-ever full-time job in a few days, and honestly, I'm excited but also pretty nervous. I'm a fresh grad and don't have much internship experience, so I feel like there's still a lot I don't know.

For those who've been through it, what advice would you give to survive (and hopefully do well) during the first few weeks or anything you wish someone told you before your first day? I'd love to hear your experiences and tips plzz!

How to Get an SSS ID via DiskarTech Without an Employer Yet?

Fresh grad here and currently trying to get an SSS ID through RCBC DiskarTech. but the problem is that during the registration process, it's asking for employer details. Since I'm a fresh graduate and haven't started working yet, I don't have an employer to provide.

Has anyone here successfully registered as a fresh grad or unemployed applicant? What did you put in the employer section, or is there another way to get through DiskarTech without employer information?

Fresh Grad Here! How Much Are the Usual Deductions for a ₱19k Salary?

Fresh grad here and I just got a job offer with a salary of ₱19k/month. I'm curious how much is usually deducted for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other mandatory contributions?

Medyo nao-overthink ko kasi kung magkano na lang talaga matitira sa sweldo after deductions, especially since the job is in the BGC area and I'm also considering transportation and daily expenses. 🥲

For those earning around the same salary range, roughly how much are your monthly deductions and take-home pay?

fresh grad salary rate

Soo I received an offer of ₱19,500 for a Marketing Assistant role in BGC. I'm a fresh graduate and I've been job hunting for so long and this is the first offer I've received so far. Part of me feels that the salary is on the lower side, especially considering the cost of working in BGC, but I'm also worried that if I let this opportunity go, it may take a while before another offer comes along.

Do you think its a fair compensation or is it below the typical market rate? I simply want to make sure I'm being compensated fairly huhu
