I feel like I'm going crazy.

  1. Started having symptoms and suspecting peri two years ago, and the symptoms have only ramped up since then. Docs wouldn't take me seriously because of my age, even though I told them my mom started meno in her early 40s. It's getting downright unbearable the last couple of months... Crushing fatigue, numbness and tingling in my arms and legs, muscle weakness, constant dread/anxiety, vision changes, insomnia, temperature dysregulation/hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, hair thinning, significant cycle changes, palpitations, breast pain, digestive issues, itchy ears, frequent migraines (and the pre/postdrome just make all of the other symptoms worse)... Recent (March) blood work came back in range and a trip to the ER (June) that showed nothing wrong. I feel like I can't function, but "nothing is wrong" with me. I have generalized anxiety and health OCD so I'm predisposed to freaking out about what's wrong with me but they've gotten so much worse since I just constantly feel AWFUL.

I have another appointment on Wednesday and I know they're just going to continue saying I'm too young, but knowing there's the *slim chance* that I'm taken seriously this time has been enough to get me through the frustration and anxiety of the last few days. Whyyy is it so hard to be taken seriously?

I've been working on a series of linocuts of Sacramento

I have a handful more planned, but I'd love suggestions for other places/things to carve!

I don't want to give any info as to the relationship so that I don't unintentionally bias response, but I'm curious what you see as individuals and what kind of connection (or lack thereof) you'd expect to see from these two?

EDIT: New post with synastry and composite charts here

Hey vets! Wondering if this flags as anything for y'all? Just dog panic attack/anxiety? Toxin exposure? Cognitive dysfunction?

This my dog's second time exhibiting this behavior this week, the last time (two nights ago) I thought it was because his regular vet double dosed and then skipped a dose of his anxiety meds the night before/day of these behaviors.

He's been normal the last two days since being back on track with his meds, but this just started up again an hour ago.

Restless/agitated, will not settle, slightly dilated pupils (but they respond to light), pacing, panting, a weird searching/head snaking movement (literally just turning his head left to right over and over again like he's looking for something), some drooling but no more than expected with the panting, gums normal, tummy normal, drinking water, will take treats and do tricks, will temporarily stop the behaviors while distracted, no known exposure to toxins, unless someone in the neighborhood sprayed their yard and he sniffed/licked it from his paw after a walk.

There was a potential anxiety trigger for him before this episode started, but it would've been a typically very mild/frequently ignored one. Not sure if that's all this is, but like I said, I've never seen him act like this before the other night so I'm worried it's something big and I should be getting him seen asap.

Any insight is appreciated!
