Had a nice easy day smoked some thighs. Came out beautiful trying out some new chicken rubs

She's the prettiest brisket I've made to date the hours of smoking and waiting have come to this!

Made some pork belly burnt ends. Came out killer in my opinion! Used holy gospel by meat church. Little brown sugar and some sticky honey bbq by kinders

Smoke infused and finished in a little butter. Kinders garlic and herb for the seasoning

Loving this thing. Traded in my ford and don't see myself looking back at all!

I give up on this shit. Had them put a new label and reship. Original order was ordered in March. Sent back to uk in april. Reshipped end of april and im here now. I live in ohio. Chicago isn't far at all this is ridiculous
