some black thing flickering

https://reddit.com/link/1v61tg9/video/pzye8pa1ybfh1/player

I encountered a glitch where I noticed a black shadow-like flickering effect. It only seems to happen after I've killed an enemy. I also noticed that, in some cases, it only occurs when I'm standing in a specific spot and looking at a particular area. If I move or look away, the flickering disappears. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this just another common Cyberpunk 2077 glitch?

cmd.exe – The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

I turned on my PC, and a few seconds after it reached the desktop, I immediately clicked Restart. As soon as I did, I received this error message:

**“cmd.exe – The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.”**

It only happened that one time, right after I restarted the PC immediately after it finished booting. Does anyone know what could have caused this

Closing task manager and opening it sometimes fixes it but sometimes it just stays

I replaced the fan hub controller but didn’t unplug anything on the pc

So whenever I replace parts on my PC, I usually unplug everything the power cord, USB devices, and all other cables before changing anything. But this time, I only replaced my fan controller hub because the old one broke and the RGB lights stopped working.

The fan controller hub is only connected to the PSU, and the fans themselves are connected to the hub.

This time, I didn’t unplug anything. Everything was still connected, but the PC was powered off. My PC is connected to a surge protector with an on/off switch, and that switch was turned off. The PSU switch was still on, but there was obviously no power

I’m just wondering that didn’t damage my pc right?
