Is iCloud Down? My email is not working.
As the title states I am wondering if iCloud is down since I cannot access my email through the web nor through the website.
As the title states I am wondering if iCloud is down since I cannot access my email through the web nor through the website.
Basically as the title suggests I am wondering if everything will be 100% T-Life as of tomorrow August 1 2026? Or did they push it back?
I made a post on here yesterday asking for a retired/grandfathered/legacy Home Internet SOC for a friend.
Unfortunately, there were so many negative comments that I ended up taking the post down.
However, the one positive comment I received was from u/MooseUnique1872 and they gave me the exact SOC code I was looking for!
FYI to all the Negative Nancys out there...
My friend called customer care, and guess what?
They were able to successfully apply the SOC code that u/MooseUnique1872 provided.
To everyone leaving hurtful comments yesterday saying:
"We can only pick from current plans" AND "Our system literally does not let us do that" AND plenty of other dismissive remarks.
You were wrong.
I want to share a reminder for this community
This platform should not be a breeding ground for negativity. We should want to lift each other up and help each other out.
To pay it forward, I am still going to be helping people out with what I talked about in my unlimited data post from Sunday (getting unlimited data fixed so you can have it for free on all lines!).

(Side note: Sorry if I have not replied to a couple of DMs or comments on that Sunday post yet! I have been super busy with work lately, but I will start getting back to everyone soon.)
Big shoutout again to u/MooseUnique1872! You are an absolute legend and proof that there are still incredibly helpful people in this sub.
Posting this for a friend since their account only lets them post on r/tmobileisp and not r/tmobile
My friend has a tax inclusive voice plan by the way.
I am adding home internet tomorrow and desperately need some employee help!
Does anyone have the ability to look up the SOC code for the retired "All In" tax-inclusive home internet plan? I know it was officially retired early August 2025 (before August 10th).
Important note: I know there are multiple older "All In" tax-inclusive versions that were retired prior to August 2025, but the one retired in August 2025 is the final tax-inclusive version. That final version is the exact one I am looking for.
I am REALLY hoping someone can dig it up for me so I can reference it tomorrow. Thank you so much!
As the title states, I want to help people save some cash. Specifically, I’m looking out for anyone who is still on an older, limited data plan but is actively paying extra for an add-on Unlimited Data SOC (Service Order Code).
Back in 2021, T-Mobile rolled out the "Gift of Unlimited" (where they automatically upgraded older capped data plans to unlimited high-speed data for free). However, a lot of people missed out or are still paying for older data add-ons that they don't actually need anymore.
If you are still paying for features like these, you might be throwing money away:
• $45 Unlimited Data with 14GB Hotspot
• $30 Unlimited Data with 14GB Hotspot
• $30 Unlimited Data with 7GB/10GB Hotspot
• $15 Unlimited Data with 6GB Hotspot
• ...or any similar paid data feature on an older plan.
How to get help:
Disclaimer: I do not work for T-Mobile, and I will never ask for your personal information, account links, or passwords. I’m just a plan enthusiast who knows how these systems work.
Because I don't want T-Mobile patching the workaround, I am not posting the exact step-by-step instructions or codes publicly.
Instead, drop a comment below with your current base plan details and the specific data add-on you are paying for, and then send me a DM. I will look at your setup and privately message you the exact steps, SOC codes, and verbiage to use so you can reach out to 611 or T-Force and get your bill lowered yourself!
Let's see if we can save you some money.

I have seen a few posts around here of people either mentioning that they missed the free unlimited data gift/upgrade or added lines after and are upset that the new lines do not have unlimited data for free.
If enough people answer the poll I will make a guide on how to get the free unlimited data on lines added after April 2021 or lines that missed the gift/upgrade even if added before April 2021 or if you were someone that lost it when changing from one limited data plan to another limited data plan with the most common example being Simple Choice to Simple Choice North America is the way I have seen so many people lose it but I have a method that has gotten it back for so many people under so many different circumstances and if enough people answer the post I will post the method to help the community out.
I can also confirm that this method worked a few times 2025 and it worked another few times in 2026. For now I am not going to say anything further until I get the results of the poll.
I saw this in the News You Can Use section on the AT&T App when I went to view my bill for April 2026.
International pay-per-use changes
Starting May 6, 2026, international pay-per-use rates are changing. If you don't have an international long distance feature or rate plan that includes calling international destinations, calls from the U.S. to Canada and Mexico will be $2/minute, and calls to all other countries will be $4 or $5/minute depending on destination. For more info, go to [att.com/intlcalling](http://att.com/intlcalling)
When traveling abroad without an international roaming feature or rate plan that covers that destination, calls from Canada and Mexico will be $2/minute, and calls from all other destinations will be $4/minute. Texts from all international destinations will be $1/message, and picture/video messages will be $2/message. For more info, go to [att.com/ppurates](http://att.com/ppurates)
