Do you recognise this pump or impeller? Used for a different purpose.

Impeller dia is 150mm approx. The body looks very close to being a Yamaha GP1200 from 2000 or so. Any further suggestions?

I'll post more pjcs. This unit is not current on a ski. It's used for secret stuff. I was told it originally came from a Jet Boat but jet boats start at 7 inches so I think it's actually off a jet ski where the 6 inch (150mm) size seems common.

TIA

Did anyone else think the complaints about entitled boomers were exaggerated until you actually ran into one in the wild?

So my first true encounter with a Singapore Boomer, was yesterday. It was not a pleasant experience. Let me tell you. They genuinely think that they are above everyone else because of their birth year, which is an absurd belief.

The fellow i ran into was renting and raving about how he is a singapore citizen and should be treated better because he is older and of the generation that saved singapore from the communist and from poverty and he was doing anything but claiming that he was related to old pinky.

He was in a group therapy session with me and didn't seem to understand that him speaking for thirty minutes was wasting other people's time and that most of us did not give a s*** about what he was saying.

I get it now and I'm sorry.I didn't believe anybody else who complained about boomer entitlement.

I should add that I have some lovely elderly neighbours who are of the same generation and they are nothing like this entitled fellow was.

Are there any free supercharger Tesla's out there still

I understand only the 2014 to 2016 S and X had it... if at all in Australia.

The few S for sale mostly say that the car does not come w free SC.

Does anyone here have one? This is mainly out of curiosity.

How can I avoid losing my MRT card so easily?

It's too lose in my phone case and I don't want it in my wallet as it always causes mutli card clash in wallet or phone case so needs to come out. Then inevitably it slips out somewhere.

I need a tiny little tether or something between the card and phone case. I see lot's of people using lanyards but I don't really want that.

Passkey Samsung Secure Folder and Edge browser

The Passkey is now compulsory in my region. I have always run all my banking apps in a secure folder as the main reason phones are stolen here is for thieves trying to get in your bank apps. When wise informed me I had to set up a Passkey I did so in the secure folder. Samsung Pass informed me some warning which was "the Passkey can only be used inside the secure folder". I didn't think much of it. All is OK except when I set up payments on Edge on my company PC I'd have to authenticate them in the secure folder on my phone (the payments sit in wise waiting for approval or review). No biggie?

Well then I realised that if my phone was stolen or broken I'd not be able to use wise at all for transfers as the secure folder is NOT cloud backed up.

I was very wary of messing with Passkeys (horror stories of being locked out) but today I was able to add a Passkey under edge from Wise.com on edge. That means I have redundancy. FYI.

Why can't we have more PIDs

Some stations seem to have only one old one way up one end. There is not technical limitation (I worked on the software that drives them) and I'm sure the price has dropped since these stations were built. More PIDs please!

Self employed, semi retired, tax bill under $10.

I've used SRS and VC CPF to maximise tax deductions for over 15 years. You should be too as the return on tax deduxtions can be significant if you're in a higher tax bracket as I was before retirement.

Fortunately my wife carries our mortgage.

Tha gahmen limit of 80,000 for tax deductions (which is not indexed) is hard to hit but will be problematic as inflation and wage growth occur and is bullshit.

I love this sub.
