Unagreed Job Scope Changes.

Ive worked for a federally owned, contractor operated organization as a non-union employee for roughly 7 years now. Recently there has been shady discussions about making huge changes to the scope of my position (different department and entirely different scope). I'm quite happy where I am but for the right amount of money I would change.

What I'm wondering about is if there are laws in place that prevent a manager from completely shifting the scope of an agreed to position. Aka would this need to be a new formal offer that I sign and is documented.

If this doesn't occur and they still try to push me into the position, would they be liable in any way other?

Thanks

Tubeless Tire Leaks?

I drive an 11them gen civic which has tubeless tires. I don't have rims for the winter tires so I have them changed on/off the rim itself. Some seasons after doing this I have a tire or two that requires new air every week or so. For a long time I thought I had a really small leak but a friend informed me it's likely a leak in the bead.

Do I have to make an appointment to have them redo the process or are there any tricks I can use to try and get it sealed myself? The dealership has always been the one doing the swap (and leaving my rims covered in lube after the process).

Also should the dealership not be aware there was an issue with the bead seating before handing it back to me? This has been like three non-consecutive seasons with this issue

Test Tomorrow. Am I ready? Any tips?

I have my exam tomorrow morning. About a year ago I completed the CAPM course through work that provides the 23 hours.

I've read through all the material from that multiple times, I've read through the pmi study hall material, and I've done the practice exam 3 times. I also did quite a few of the pocket prep quizzes but stopped because they seemed to go into material way beyond what's expected.

I'm getting ~70% on the practice exam and feel I have a good understanding of agile and predictive as well as the various models and tools that can be used.

I do still struggle with many of the project management plans and where they fit into the overall life cycle although I do have the steps down of initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, close.

I think my biggest weakness is actually interpreting the questions correctly since the wording is a bit tricky.

Any recommendations to work on my weakness in ~12 hours?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to quickly identify elite enemies from the many mobs of Diablo 2. When I'm MFing I usually just teleport around and pick off elites then hork them and move on. It's easy when they have an aura or they're a unique colour (champions) but sometimes they seem to just look identify to a regular enemy until you hover them with your mouse.

Is there any sort of trick to quickly pick out all elites?
