iPhone 17 Pro Max battery life — is this normal for my setup?
- iPhone 17 Pro Max — iOS 26.5
- Apple Watch Ultra 2 + Apple Watch Series 8, ambos emparejados
¡Gracias!
From 0 to 5K PR — 2 months ago I couldn’t run 2km without stopping. Apple Watch Ultra 2, please be proud of me
A couple of days ago I posted a screenshot hitting my first 10K at an 8:21 pace. Today, Monday morning, I woke up and decided to go out — and ended up setting a new personal record on 5K: 6’44”/km for 5.01km in 33:48, with an average heart rate of 178 bpm. Not bad for someone who had never done any sport in his life.
Less than two months ago I started running from absolute zero. I remember dying at the 2km mark. Legs done, lungs done, ego done.
But I kept at it, slowly, without pressure.
I wanted to share this here because I know some of you are either in that same spot — or were there recently.
So here’s what worked for me:
• Don’t run every day. 1–3 times a week is plenty. Your body needs rest to actually improve.
• Don’t go out fast. Run slower than you think you need to. Seriously.
• Don’t skip rest days out of excitement. That’s how injuries happen and motivation dies.
Progress is quiet and cumulative. You won’t feel it day to day, but then one Monday you wake up and you’ve run 5K without stopping and you’re staring at your watch like it made a mistake.
Hopefully this is useful to someone. We got this. 💪
My first 10K 🏃♂️
Two months ago I couldn’t even run 2 km without stopping. I’ve always had quite high heart rates in my life, so running has never felt “easy” for me.
Today I decided to push a bit further after recently completing 5K at around a 6:40/km pace. I went out for my first 10K, very slowly, just at a comfortable pace—whatever felt sustainable.
I know for many people this might not even count as “real running” or anything impressive, but for me it’s a big personal milestone.
I’m genuinely proud of the progress. One step at a time. 🩷
This camera never gets old. Been collecting some of my favorite shots lately and figured this was the right place to share them.
Hope you like them!
Been shooting with the iPhone Air for a while now and collected some of my favorite shots. One lens, no excuses.
Hope you like them!
