Beginner Qs: What's better for focaccia, convection or conventional mode? Also, should I autolyse first?

Ive baked focaccia 5x already but ive only gotten it right in my 1st attempt. I followed the exact same steps, changed to a new instant yeast, but still failed in the last 4 attempts. I don't know what to do now. :(

Sale: 2nd hand American Home Fridge 5K, pick-up only, Satori, Santolan

Reason for selling: Upgraded to a bigger refrigerator

Issues: Minor scratches cos of ref magnets, freezer door is detached, pero kung may makakapagkabit, pakabit na lang. Di naman issue din sa amin. Walang problema sa cooling.

RGC na gusto mag RPsy - nag aral ba kayo ng MA Psych or pwede ba mag additional subjects na lang?

Since maraming same subjects ang GC at Psych -- meron bang school na pwede ito or pinapayagan ba ng PRC na mag add na lang ng additional subjects, nag bridging ba kayo or nag aral ulit from the start?
