What's your favorite Ted Lasso line from a character?

Barbeque sauce

Ted Lasso to Rebecca when she admit she wanted him to fail. "I forgive you. Divorce is hard."

Roy Kent. **"*You couldn't fing build Jeff Bridges!"** — To Jamie Tartt trying to "build bridges."

Roy Kent to Phoebe: "What do you have to be sad about? Did one of the Paw Patrol Dogs die?"

Happy July! Write about your successes!

I need to testify in court on Monday. It's part of my job. The last time I testified was in April. I tried on the suit I wore then----it's big and baggy! Hooray!

Down 14 lbs.

Don't lose hope.

I had a terrible car accident 11 years ago. I had dental bridges, I had several full mouth flippers. When the bridges fell out, in desperate I glued them in. I was ashamed and embarrassed.

Seven months ago, I started the implants process----a lot of work. Four sets of temporaries, tears, etc. This is the last set of temporaries and I'm signing off on them July 9.

Don't lose hope, hang in there. I'm finally happy.

Moving out---Need some advice

I moved a year ago. I've been desperate to move out. Finally, my lease is ending and I wrote the management company (sleazy) and said I wanted a month to month lease with a 30 day notice. Impossible but they did it. We have a new management company.

Anyway, I found a townhouse and I looked at my lease. I paid first, last, and a hefty security deposit. I wrote them a few days ago and said, "Well, I'm moving at the end of July (I'll leave sooner and come back to clean) and I won't be paying the last month because it's included in the lease as the last month's lease.

I decided that tomorrow, I'm sending them a return receipt letter to make sure I am covered----Geez, I hope so.

I also asked for a walk through move-out inspection because I do not trust them. I looked up the first management company in this state's court portal and omg, they are ruthless and have withheld money. I can always get a lawyer, if necessary.

Question: Is there anything else I can do to ensure that I'll get my deposit back? Should I take videos or photographs?

Any suggestions would help!

I think I've reached my breaking point with the dental implant process.

I am getting full implants. I had all teeth pulled out December 24. I had the bottom temps screwed in (they've cracked three times).

I've had endless, countless dental appointments. Sometimes I wait 2 hours or more. This last appointment I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. I told the dental assistant that I can't wait any longer. She asked me if I had somewhere to go. I said I did but asked her if she liked waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was so rude.

I do not have anything screwed in on top. The dental implant dentist keeps ordering prosthetic after prosthetic---over and over to try to get a fit. I get irritated waiting for hours for him. I haven't been pleasant or patient in the last few appointments but we are getting closer.

The last time the teeth were closer but huge. I have a small jaw and mouth and these teeth were just ridiculous and I have to put that gross Polygrip in them to stay in. I have about four others I can use that fit better but are crocked.

I wasn't allowed to see the teeth but when I walked about and drove home, I saw how goofy they looked. I called the office and said please do not make them this big. They hang over my lip.

I started to cry and it screwed up my night. I now hate going to the office because the marathon of appointments and disappointments is getting to me. It's almost effing July.

I think it's screwing up the rest of my life. I work at home most of the time and my life is on hold. When I have to see a client, I put one of these dentures in and sometimes I gag and pull it out.

I even had a bit of a disagreement when a friend. I sent her a photo of the new denture and she said that I'll learn to deal with the bigger teeth and I'll get used to it because she has a coworker that had it. I said to her, "Stop. You do not know what you're talking about." She said I was rude. I was. It triggered me into overreacting. Not her fault but it was awful hearing that I'll learn. She hasn't gone through this.

Is anyone else frustrated as hell?

Rainbow is one of the best episodes

I guess I'm anxiously waiting for Season 4. I rewatched some episodes and realized I'd never really seem all of Rainbow.

Damn, it's great. The part where Roy Kent leaves the tv station and goes to the field. Haha Fantastic

I need help regarding my dental temporaries to implants

Ok, go easy because this is hard for me to post.

I've done the whole things--7.5 months ago had all the teeth pulled out (I was in a car accident). I had a sinus lift and bone graft.

Now the dental implant dentist and I are at the home stretch. All of the temporaries keep coming back crooked. By the way the pink thing on the left is from me biting down and cracking the part of the temp off. It's happened four times.

Anyway, EVERY damn time they come back from the lab they are crooked and the bite isn't right. I keep asking Dr. Ego (the dentist) why and he says, "Oh, the lab made a mistake, I don't know." We are on the four set. I need this to end so I can go out into the world and have teeth and feel confident. He always rushes out and lets the dental assistant do the bite impression.

Because the temps don't fit, my guess is this: they aren't getting an accurate bite impression because well, I cannot bite down because one side has a gap. Sometimes my mouth shifts when they do this. Then they use the scan.

This time, I pulled the office manager in and said, "Um, I don't want another crooked set of temporaries." I need this done right. I'm tough and I'm sick of endless appointments to do the same damn thing. They got the dental assistant to come back and do the 3d scanner over.

I'm worried. I'm not a dentist but (yes, I'm reading the internet) could the abutment have been incorrectly placed?

This dentist is considered the Grand Poobah of implants where I live. I don't care for him but I just want the final product to be perfect. I could take another photo, but they are all off center.

He's always so busy and just rushes out to take another client, etc. I am VERY assertive with him but is this common? How many damn temporaries are they going to make? Is this common? Thanks for anyone's input.

Am I overreacting? I'm so upset

Am I overreacting? My ex-mother in law died yesterday. The obit is unreal. I doubt anyone has read something so---weird.

I had two children with my ex-husband. My son had a really difficult relationship with my ex-husband and chose to live with me. They rarely speak.

Anyway, in the obit, they left my son out as one of the grandchildren. I was so angry and hurt that I had to take a two mile walk to blow off steam.

I mean, WTAF. Who does that?

I'm just so hurt for my son. The family really had some issues. But, wow, that's so harsh. I cried for a long time.

Please, I need advice

I started taking Zepbound last Wednesday, so it kicked in on Thursday. So, it's been about five days.

Yes, I'm losing weight but I have zero interest in food. I've always eaten very healthy so I make myself eat. I've lost about 5 lbs. I want to eat more but can't get motivated.

The bad part is I'm so tired. I took four vacation days off from work---I had a ton of them. My stomach is not great. I cannot um, poop. Now, I'm taking (doctor said ok) stool softeners. Still not much. Sorry to be gross.

Constant acid reflux even with acid reduction tabs each day.

Am I going to start to feel better soon? Is this just a process?
