I will be relocating to the "Evergreen city" due to a new job opportunity. Can you guy tell me what to expect? Positivity would be great.

I'm not new to kerala, but I've been there as a tourist and some visits to my friend in Calicut. I am currently in Bangalore and kind of a pan india upbringing. Have been thinking of moving out of blore for a while but never thought of trivandrum as a destination. Now this opportunity has come up, so please get me excited. My friend said it is diffrent to north Kerala. Not sure what he meant by that.

Hey... Is there a way to verify the owners of a plot online? The said plot is in orissa. Background in body if needed.

So we bought a big piece of lan some where in orissa 12 years back. Lets say for 20 laks. Since then there has been a bit of development there. But a cousin helped us to get it. Whenever we talk about resale, they say we will get the same price which is a bit hard to believe. I want to check and see if everything is in order without going through them. Please do suggest an alternative. We have the papers but not sure where to look or what details need to be fed. Thanks in advance!!

The transparency she provided was really helpful. I could have asked what went wrong or for feedback, but that's just too much to ask. She did not ghost me after the interview, and that is what most of us who are actively interviewing would expect the least. Anyhow, thought I would share some positive interactions here.
