Gave 8mo old milk :(

We went on a roadtrip and so I took a few bags out of the freezer and stuck them in a cooler. I read that milk lasts in the fridge for 4 days, but just learned that that’s only if you put the milk in the fridge directly, not if it’s thawed from the freezer. He had a couple bottles worth of milk that were 2 days old (frozen then refrigerated). Today he’s eaten less than usual so I’m starting to panic that he’s sick. Can anyone talk me down pls?

What inspires you to bake?

I always dreamed of being a mom with a kitchen full of tasty treats for my family. Now I have a baby and am just getting started.

Places like Eden center?

I’m curious if there are any other little communities on NOVA that people can recommend where you can find small shops, cultural activities, indoor / outdoor walking options, etc. TIA!

Routines / habits / hacks that work?

Looking for any / all advice about habits and routines that help your family. I have a 7mo, exclusively pump, and will be starting a new job soon (spouse also works). Looking for ways to set us up for success with baby in daycare and all the usual things to juggle.

This is a nice group

I really like the discussions on this page! Thoughtful and funny. I just started watching Breaking Bad and find the Reddit discussion page so much less nuanced and interesting than this one.

I am 30 and recently showed my mom (who is 50) the first season of Mad Men. She surprised me by immediately liking Pete and remarking that Trudy was annoying and social climbing. She also noted that Betty seemed like a little girl. She had no patience for Don and just rolled her eyes at Joan.

Since I first watched this show as a 20 year old, my established takes were less sophisticated I think. I thought Pete was awful, Don was cool, Betty was silly, and Joan was intimidating.

How do you think your age / gender influence how you view / sympathize with different characters?
