Should my party, during the prologue, have high elemental power levels?
This is what I mean, I haven’t played in nearly a decade, so I do not remember if this is accurate or not.

Upon seeing its components, I believe a third option, if the player is technologically advanced enough, should allow you to dismantle and study it; this could lead to Shroud and Psionic based research bonuses as well as giving a significant boost to your empire and fleets.
I do understand that Tier 4 and 5 tech, especially if one were to acquire said science ship fairly early on, could affect gameplay and balancing.
40+ years in, Ocean Paradise world (chose a pre-made Empire), Fanatic Pacifists with IP and ID Ascension perks and it is so nice to not have to worry about Empire size exceeding 100, I think I’m at like 60 something.
I also love having a size 30 planet, it has crystal reefs as well and I have never had 22/month rare crystals.
Everyone leaves me alone too as I am not a pushover when it comes to defense.
I cannot for the life of me understand why two people, who got married out of love for one another, would go on to spend the last couple of years doing the dumbest shit.
I mean things like getting blackout drunk and staying out till the next morning only to stumble home and try and fight your spouse, yelling at them and saying terrible things while drunk.
Or going and cheating on them, being forgiven, and then go and be a massive hypocrite when the husband texts an ex when he is drunk, doesn’t do anything, and the wife gets up on her moral high ground.
This is why I refuse to be in a relationship.
How would one go about modding say a Kaukaz Bratsk in order to look like Optimus Prime, specifically the original 1984 cartoon version; I ask as I have never modded before.
I have looked over the articles on the Cyberpunk modding wiki and will likely check the video they recommend as well.
You don’t intend to play as a netrunner, you say to yourself, ‘This play through is gonna be different, I’m gonna stick to (insert meme/meta/Youtuber build from five years ago)’ and you do this, you play up until some arbitrary point and realize netrunning and using quickhacks to decimate gangoons and Arasaka thugs is ‘fun’, just like making a stealth archer in Skyrim and picking off bandits and Thalmor while chuckling to yourself about how smart you are.
I am using CET if that helps and have seen the Virtual Atelier mods as well, though from what I’ve read of them, I am reluctant as they seem to have issues.
I’ve always wondered if it is possible to pay Viktor the first time you see him, how do you get 21k so soon?
Decided to do a semi-annual replay, made my PC and got started when, upon resting, I’d noticed an odd issue; I had wanted to see how playing at max resolution but not fullscreen would effect performance seeing as PoE does not have a borderless windowed mode.
When I went to rest, I noticed the dialogue portrait boxes and the menu had clipped and was still present while the camp movie played, the same happened when I’d exited out to the main menu.
This was even after I reset everything to default.
In the past I would usually wait till I’d done everything up until the attack on the Citadel and then take on these; I kinda wanna change things up a bit.
I’m still fairly early in, haven’t done Priority: Sur’kesh yet.
