minimum bid for upgrade to economy delight was accepted

I had economy seat on Virgin that I purchased with points. I had tried to upgrade previously but they told me my seat was not upgradable so when they offered a big, I accepted the minimum. it's a long flight from JFK to LHR and I figured it would be worth $60 for the extra legroom. so now I'm flying economy delight on Virgin.... for whatever that's worth.

Letter from Chexsystems

Received letter in the mail telling me I had the right to receive a Discloser report because they had 8 inquiries about me in the past 12 months OR they received negatve information about one of my accounts. I thought there was something negative that I needed to fix and it seemed really scammy for them to make me disclose all of my personal information to an organization I had never heard of until I got this letter. After reviewing everythin I could find online, I finally satisfied me that they were legit and used by most banks but the only way to find out what was reported was to "register" and provide all of my sensitive information. So, I registered, provided all the information, and found out there was nothing there. Why did I get this letter? Finally, I noticed the word OR in the letter that was not highlighted or capitalized in the letter. It says the CO state statute requires them to notify me of my right to receive this disclosure - but it just seems like a "scare tactic" provided by "scammy" organizations to collect information. If it really is a division of the Consumer Protections Agency, then hopefully, I did not give them any information they don't already have?

Sales Tax on Walmart + subscription

I live in a state (CO) where membership subscriptions are exempt from sales tax but Walmart is charging me 90 cents a month on my $12.95 monthly membership. I've talked to multiple people there and the only solution they offer is to request a refund and apply for a sales tax exemption. If I got a sales tax exemption, then all of my purchases would be tax exempt and then I would just have to pay my sales taxes separately to the State of CO. I do have a business and could do that but I am not buying products for resale so that is not an appropriate solution for me. The only way to fix this is to get a Walmart programmer or sales tax person to address it and get it fixed. I'm hoping someone from Walmart will see this post and care enough to address it. If Walmart is overcharging sales taxes to every Walmart + subscriber in CO, isn't this just a class action lawsuit waiting to happen?

Although I'm not a fan of online shopping, I've been making one Uber eats grocery purchase each month, just to utilize my $15 Uber credit. I purchase enough to get free delivery and the entire $15 gets applied to my order. I'm also getting a lot of other discounts that I don't understand but I'm loving the prices so far. I did buy on a Tuesday last month and I think there were special discounts on that day. If anyone knows more about how to maximize this benefit, I would love to hear more.
