What is this train car used for?

The space station is the stuff in the middle, the heat shield module and parachute and engine module are separate craft sent up there to de orbit it. (Sorry for the bad image, I took this last night and am too lazy to go an screenshot it)

My school let me have a bunch of computer parts (everything except the case), and it has a motherboard that is warped enough where it spins when set on a table. The motherboard works, and it has cool little lights in the pcb itself. It’s a z270-p from Asus.

I recently had to RMA my power supply, and I noticed that when they emailed me the label, it was a .gif, anyone know why that instead of a png, or jpeg?
