In Kaiserredux for russia there is zinoviev/internationalists, where if you start a civil war, then let bolsheviks coup you, you get zinoviev in charge, if you pick karl radek as your foreign minister, then beat the german empire you get a focus that unlocks a decision to create a socialist world republic, you can also let more coups happen to get karl radek/ some russian guy directly in charge, to click the button you need every country in the world to be in your faction, after you click it you get to choose between like 20 different leaders so that's pretty nice.

tibet lets you have lenins ghost as a leader, after you reach the end of the roerich tree you can choose between three different focuses, i genuinely never picked the first one, the second one gives you cores on the whole world

there are other paths to be socialist and core the world in kaiserredux, but the socialism of the technocrats in the csa(combined syndicates of america) and the sanity of leftist lovecraft are both questionable

there is this soviet union rework mod for vanilla, it adds a lot of stuff like the ability to decide that lenin never died and get him as a leader if you turn on the option for it, but topically it adds a space program, if you complete the final unlock in it you annex and core the whole world, the super events for space exploration are very fun, also i made a better translation mod for it, its in the comment section of the old translation mod

technically all mods that add formables to the game add one for conquering the world, but honestly every one flag for communist world tag that i have seen is kinda shite
