Looking for Anti-Aging Peptide+Injury

Partially vanity, partially injury. For a very long time I’ve had arthritis in my lower back along with a degenerative disk. Since going on tirz, the back injury has gotten better. Haven’t lost any weight (didn’t need to but micro dosing is working for food noise).

I’m looking for a peptide that would potentially cover both the injury and skin health (wrinkles, etc).

Prozac and Other SSRIs causing fatigue

Just recently switched psychiatrists after trying Lexapro (made me fatigued) and Prozac (also made me fatigued). The first psychiatrist wanted to add Wellbutrin so that it could counter the effects. Then I changed insurances, went to a new psychiatrist who said the same thing. I
would take more than one med if I had to but there’s got to be an option out there that relieves anxiety but doesn’t cause fatigue. Neither doctor seemed willing to explore.

Bone Age Question

My 10-year-old has always been short and slim. We went to the doctor recently, and the doctor noticed she was developing breast buds still very short for her age. We did a bone age x-ray and she has a full age 18 months younger than she actually is. What does this mean? We are following up with bloodwork.
