I’m back from vacation, here’s my haul that arrived while I was gone

Was very happy to receive my scattered remnants boxset but disappointed with their use of AI on the boxset cover. I don’t think the band themselves were aware but it does suck. Also thanks for posting while I was gone, not trying to be on Reddit while on vacation.

Brutal Death Metal albums with New York beat down HXC influence?

Most bdm bands I like don’t quite have similar drumming style and fast/very slow sections like Dehumanized and Internal Bleeding with that snare pattern. I need some bands that sound like that.

Them Crooked Vultures - No One Loves Me and Neither Do I (Metal-Adjacent Hard Rock FFO QOTSA, Kyuss, The Dead Weather)

Bit of a different type of music but I love this album, it’s great summer listening. Supergroup of Josh Homme, Dave Grohl and John Paul Jones.
