I run S0R0 (static mist) Rebecca with S1R1 Lucy and S4R0 Baizhi (to be replaced with S2R0 Mornye asap).
I've seen both 1pc shattered dreams/whatever you get from Adam Smasher + 2pc void thunder + 2pc reel of spliced memories and 5pc moonlit clouds recommended for her, and I'm not sure which option to use.
Context: I'm a newer player and I don't have Iuno - missed her recent rerun completely. I do care about clearing endgame and I know newer units will outperform her, but I honestly just really like Iuno and I want to pick her up if/when she ever becomes available again. I would ideally be playing her MDPS since I'm not interested in Augusta. Even if she only clears the side towers in TOA that's fine with me, I just love her design, personality, and combat a lot.
My main question is, what's the best level of investment to have her at where she can compete in the current meta as much as possible as a MDPS? (Or supporting other DPSs besides Augusta is fine, but I haven't seen any). I assume S6R1 would be the goal as she ages but is there an ideal stopping point before S6?
Current team is S1R1 Lucy, S0R0 Rebecca (putting her on Static Mist ASAP), S2R0 Baizhi. Lucy and Rebecca are my only limited characters since I started during the collab. I missed the new player rewards (long story) so no Verina no SK, hoping to get Verina ASAP on a 5050 loss though. Mornye is on my list to pull for on her rerun for this team.
I've started pull planning for second team and I love Denia so I'm interested in pulling for Aemaeth, Denia, & a third slot buffer (no Chisa and it looks like she won't rerun anytime soon). I also love Lupa so I'm hoping she can work with that team as well.
I'm feeling torn since ideally Sui Sui is a skip for me for the upcoming patch so I can save asterites, because on top of Aemaeth I also want to grab Lynae since I've heard she's an insanely good versatile sub dps. But I'm also low on buffers and don't want to be in a situation where I skip her and then all my teams need her. Would Sui Sui fit into the team comps I've outlined and if so is it important for me to pull her in 3.5 or can I wait for a rerun, or am I better off with a different buffer like Chisa rerun in the long long distant future, or just using Verina and not worrying about it?
I'm a new player and I am considering pulling for Denia because I really like her. I looked up what DPSs she would be paired with and only Aemeath and Luuk came up (Prydwen words it as if you're pulling for Denia, it should be for Aemeath). I looked at Aemeath and I'm just not really sure I love her character, but Prydwen says her and Denia are one of the strongest teams in the game. Is it worth it to get Denia and not use her for Aemeath or is she a specialized support for Aemeath?
Soooo I haven't really invested in any of the fate characters and don't plan to. As much as Archer is a free good DPS, I don't have Sparkle. I also don't have Saber and don't plan to get her. Building Archer is an option for me I guess if I get Sparkle in the future but he's not my favorite DPS so it wouldn't be the biggest priority.

My main question here is would it be better to get Archer E1 or Gilgamesh? Does Gilgamesh have any potential at all to be used well in other teams besides Saber? Cause if not then I guess it's e1 Archer for me...
Feel free to critique/give advice for her build. I kinda just threw it together based on what the game recommended. Did not know she needed eagle and haven't had a chance to properly farm it yet.

Welt is E1 (he will be leveled up to 80 eventually so hes an option), Silver Wolf is E1, Firefly is E2. Evernight, Hyacine, and Sunday all S1. Everyone else is E0S0.
Edit: I know what characters are needed for premium DOT. The point is I don't have them right now and wanted to know if Kafka was even usable until I get them.
I recently switched to the Galaxy S26 Ultra from using Apple for years, so I'm still new to the whole android operating system. When I first got this device, I had around 100GB of storage transferred from my old phone and for a while it stayed around 100/114 GB on the new one. I install small apps from time to time (haven't added any more recently) and I save images, but I'm confused because I'll look back at my storage after a week and it's gone up by the GB. I first got the device around a month ago and now today it is using 128 GB of storage. One of the main usages of storage is Honkai Star Rail, but the recent update only increased its size by like 3GB. Is the storage supposed to just continue going up over time even though I'm not really adding much to the phone except a photo here and there and if so, how would I best manage it (going through old files?). I guess I'm just not used to it going up so quickly, or maybe I never noticed it on my old apple devices.

The max storage capacity is 256GB. Apps are using 87GB (HSR is only 47 of that), other files is 10GB, videos is 5, images is 3, and everything else is in the MB. Duplicate files are only 216MB and large files are 6GB.
Evernight is one of my favorite DPSs in the game and I want to vertically invest in her, but I'm not sure what a good stopping point for her Es is. I currently have her E0S1 - I've heard her E1 is amazing but is it recommended to go further to E2 or can you just stick with E1? Her current team is E6S5 RMC, E0S0 Tribbie (no plans to pull for Cyrene), and E0S1 Hyacine if that changes anything.
I'm pulling for Himeko Nova so I'm looking to build my Welt for her, but I don't have In the Name of the World and I'm nowhere near having enough currency to get it. I'm wondering what a good alternative LC for him would be? I don't have any Nihility character sigs either.

I'm piloting for my friend's account where she just got Eva as her main DPS and I am STRUGGLING to clear endgame content at any high level and I can't figure out why. I'm still new to the specs side of character builds so any advice on how to improve her would be appreciated! I'm mainly struggling with survivability. It's at the point where she can't clear higher endgame modes because she gets dropped, even with Hyacine (I have tried with Huohuo too). Her damage might be underperforming too? I'm just not sure where the problem is or how to fix it.
Team comp is Eva E0S1, Yao Guang E0S0, EMC I think E0S0 since she hasn't played the main story for Es? and HuoHuo E0S0 (Time Waits for No One)

I've been piloting my friends' accounts for a month or so now and I'm thinking about getting into piloting services for the larger community, but I don't know much about the piloting industry here and would appreciate any guidance about expectations for new/0 vouch pilots.
I'm also curious if long-term piloting is a thing, or if it's standard to only pilot an account for a few days max to reduce scam risk? Logging in for daily jades and resin farming is a regular part of the piloting I do for my friends, but I'm not sure what that would look like in the larger community since I understand there would be a lot of trust involved.
Another small question I have: am I able to use the piloting experiences from my friends (I have done it for 3 accounts so far) as a vouch in any way?
