What is zero therapy?

If people talk about zero therapy, do they mean don’t put anything on the PD area or on your whole face?
Like can you treat your forehead with an active, or will it also trigger the Pd around the mouth?

Vitamine B6 100 mg only luteal phase

Hi, are there people who have succes with taking vit B6 100 mg, only in the luteal phase after ovulation?
I know about B6 toxicity, so I thought it would be better to take it only a few days.
Once I took it everyday and I had some good experience with it.

Aklief + Adapalene

Aklief seems to be too harsh for my face to use everyday. And also too harsh to use on every part of my face (around mouth, nose..).
In my teens I used adapalene and tolerated it good.
I was thinking about using Aklief and adapalene, switching every night (so mon: aklief, tue: Ada…).
Does someone does this?

PD of folliclitis?

I’ve had PD before and know I’m sensitive to get it (due to vitamin C, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, over exfoliation..).
These bumps look more different, larger, a red bump with 4 little whiteheads in it.
Does someone recognise this?

I think it’s maybe folliculits due to Elidel crème.

Lunch ideas at work

Hi, I know everyone is different, but I’m looking for some bloating free lunch ideas.
I’m a physiotherapist, and if I get bloated after lunch I really feel uncomfortable.
It’s more difficult seeing all these patients one after another and its also physical demanding.

Thank you

Explain 🦩revolution to a foreigner

Hi! 🦩
I'd like to better understand the Flamingo Revolution from the perspective of Albanians themselves. I know that the plans involving Trump's son-in-law helped spark the protests, but I also understand that this was just the last straw. What's really behind this movement? What events and grievances from the past have led to it?

I'm also curious about who is taking part in the protests. Are they mainly students, people on the left, people on the right, or a broad mix of society? Roughly what percentage of the population wants the current government to step down?

I've also heard that many people don't see the opposition as a better alternative. If that's true, what do you hope for instead? What kind of change are you looking for, and who would you like to see in power?

I will use AI to translate to Albanian, sorry if there are mistakes :

Alta Via 1

So I know it’s “illegal” to camp on the Alta Via 1.
But i read a lot it is a grey zone and tolerated (bivouac: camp from sunset till sunrise, LNT).
Some people who did it? Saw other people doing it? Heard of people getting fines?

I’m looking for a last minute trekking trip because I have some time off and the huts you have to book upfront.
