I'm literally trying to see all my purchases in the app and I keep getting this

As the title says my desktop cant install any os i try to put on it i tried to install windows 10 it stops installing at 36 percent windows 8.1 stops installing at 23 percent tried to put windows 7 on it not even windows 7 will install on it considering its a windows 7 pc but at one point there was windows 7 home premium on it but the computer thought it was a illegal copy of windows 7 home premium and now here i am still trying to install an os HOURS LATER its stressing me out badly

UPDATE: after many tireless hours i have finally installed an os on the inspiron i just had to change usb drives and stuff like that and now it works

I kept trying to find fixes for it online but found nothing what can i do?
