Recruiter said I’d hear back Monday… now it's the next Monday. Bad sign?

I’m interviewing for a 4-month contract role through a staffing agency. They’re hiring 3 people.

The first round was an assessment, and the next step is a 30-minute hiring manager interview. I submitted the assessment, and my recruiter emailed me Thursday saying the company was reviewing submissions over the weekend and would provide feedback/next steps by EOD Monday of last week.

I ended up reaching out to them last Thursday via email, and they said that they don’t have feedback for me yet, but they have scheduled a few interviews with other candidates but the recruiter will follow up on my profile.

Would you take this as a bad sign, or is a missed recruiter timeline pretty normal?

Has anyone else's profile been updated to where the "start date" is gone from the Open to Work feature? It used to give you two options: Flexible, casually looking or Immediately

Working on a pear diamond necklace, but can’t decide which setting?

I’m currently in the process of customizing a lab pear diamond solitaire necklace with LGG. However, I can’t narrow down between doing the traditional Hidden bail or the charm style in the second photo.

What size do you think is good for daily wear? I’m not looking for something that is a statement, but also don’t want it to be too small.

Just picked up the new Fair shade of the m.ph underpainting palette

Looks very promising for us fair/pale neutral girlies. The shades aren’t really the most cool toned, so please keep that in mind. it’s already a win that it’s not all orange and warm

i compared the tester at sephora with other shades:

- first shade is light pink, I think will do a good job covering dark circles

- second concealer is closer to Nars Chantilly

- the middle concealer’s shade is similar to Nars Vanilla

- the fourth contour shade is close to Westman Atelier’s Biscuit

- the fifth is just a warm bronzer.. i wish it was a cooler leaning bronzer personally

Can I call the store to get SA’s number?

I was at the Topanga mall near my house to pick up a 90 scarf for Mother’s Day. I got paired with an SA that was so incredibly nice and helpful to me, we just got along really well. She was asking me about where I grew up and talking about just random unrelated personal stuff too. I left the store with my purchase but started to regret not getting her phone number.

It’s only been like 2 hours now, so I was wondering if it’s possible to call the store to get the SA’s number?

I would one day love to work towards one of the Quota bags since I live close by to this store.
