Looking for Outlier AI Referral – From India

Hi everyone,I'm from India and I'm trying to join Outlier AI but facing issues getting access/projects without a referral (as many others here have experienced).
I'm a quick learner with a strong background in AI Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG Pipelines, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, OpenCV, Prompt Engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.

I'm genuinely interested in doing high-quality work as an AI trainer. If anyone is willing to share their referral link, I would really appreciate it.

I’ll use it properly and complete all the onboarding tasks seriously.Thank you in advance!

Hello sir!!

I'll keep this intentional, not long.

I'm. final year IT undergrad at GGSIPU, New Delhi. I build Al systems that work in production and when i took ownership of the code, quality isn't optional. Over the past year I've shipped across enough different domains that context-switching has become second nature, which I think is exactly what working inside a venture studio demands and even helped fellow student and even researchers in their projects as a part of freelancing.

Here's what that looks like in practice: I've built ML pipelines processing 10,000+ aerial images daily for a drone company(incubated at IIT DELHI), shipped real-time computer vision systems on embedded hardware for a Dubai-based firm (sub-200ms latency across 3 simultaneous video feeds), and built credit risk models covering 5,000+ customer profiles for a fintech startup. I've also designed and delivered an 8-week NLP curriculum to 25+ students as an Al instructor. Each of these was a different problem, a different stack, a different domain and I liked it that way.

Four things I've built that I think are worth your time:

  1. Bodhi: A voice-first Al mock interview platform. LangGraph orchestration across a 6-phase adaptive pipeline, RAG-based retrieval over 10k+ document chunks via pgvector, real-time proctoring using Facenet512, MediaPipe gaze tracking and YOLOv8. Full gamification engine with XP, rank tiers, and leaderboards. Built it end-to-end.

  2. Applyzer: LLM-powered job application automation using Groq LLaMA 3.3-70B. Generates tailored resumes, cover letters, and cold outreach emails at scale. Tracks 100+ applications end-to-end with automated follow-ups, Gmail API integration, and a hybrid ML scoring pipeline combining TF-IDF

similarity, keyword overlap, and tech matching.

  1. Smartflow: Al traffic signal optimization using YOLOv8 + DeepSORT tracking 100+ vehicles simultaneously, with reinforcement learning cutting average wait time by 30%. Built it over a weekend, won a national hackathon at MIET. That's kind of how I like to work fast, scrappy, real.

  2. AeroMix: Real-time gesture-based audio control using MediaPipe with 21-point hand landmark detection and custom ML classifiers at 96% accuracy across 12 commands. Sub-100ms latency. Just a fun build that turned into something polished.

What I bring is pretty straightforward I can go deep on the Al/ML side when needed (LLM pipelines, agentic systems, computer vision, edge deployment) but I'm not the kind of person who stops at the model. I'll wire up the FastAPI backend, set up the database, handle the Redis caching, sort out the Docker config whatever it takes to actually get the thing working. I don't need a perfectly scoped ticket. Give me the problem and I'll figure out what needs to be built.

If anything here lines up with what you're currently building, I'd love to hear about

review my resume and tell where i can improve

final year of my engineering

targetting roles in the domain of AI/ML

startups works fine too

review it or if you think it is good enough we can connect and discuss the job details 😁
