Warriors look to stay competitive while Kings get some draft capital
KD & Kyrie team up again, Rockets get good backcourt with Kyrie and Vanvleet, while keeping young guys and KD.
Warriors look to make the most out of Steph (and Draymond lol) while Mavs move on from Kyrie (and Klay lol) and the Lakers do the same with LeBron (and Bronny lol). LeBron would re-sign on 60 mil 2 year deal with player option, then sign and trade with his son to the Bay. Meanwhile Warriors re-sign KP to like 3 year 100 mil deal or whatever and ship him to LA, alongside young promising centar Post. Lakers also get Gafford who could help them big time. Mavs get to take on Jimmy's contract but get a lot of draft capital in return.
Send this package to LA for Kawhi, who even after the trade still relatively close to San Diego. Sign Andre Drummond, maybe some other veterans like Westbrook for example, re-sign Cole Anthony, Mark Williams and Amir Coffey. Suns don't have their picks do they should look to stay competitive...
Who says no first? Atlanta is getting a clear number 1 option and sending protected picks and swap. Celtics move on from Brown and get veterans who can help them win. Sixers try to add depth, while Kings look to acquire draft capital while getting another veteran.
Timberwolves form dynamic scoring duo of Ant & KD, Rockets get some solid assets, however if they still want to contend they would look to add some shooting to their squad.
Sixers finnaly move on. Pelicans try to get better.
We didn't make the playoffs and that stands let's be real as big failure for 2025-26 season. We had our chances, crucial games we didn't win, play-in game we fumbled, etc... Season started rough, then yea after CP3 was shut down or "sent home" we started winning some games and then had really good month of January, continued to roll in February and despite being around .500 team again at the deadline we traded 2 out of our top 3 players... That's not something teams trying to win more games to, that's what rebuilding or selling teams do. But the act of sending CP3 home was kinda supposed to be what team trying to win more games does, right? 19-11 in 30 games played after telling CP3 go home was not enough tho, so team decided to sell BUT WITH CHRIS PAUL STILL ON THE ROSTER! He wasn't waived in December, he was in fact traded to the Raptors after Harden was traded to the Cavs, then Toronto waived him and he retired... So sad and undeserved even if he had annoying personality traits... Was Ty Loue's ego or something else to big to allow Paul to stay with the (new) team? I mean at that point team looked pretty different compared to the start of the season and games where Paul actually played... Harden and Zubac were gone, Beal was shut down for the season, and because of some injuries young guys were getting a lot more minutes... All players who were on the team seemed fine with Chris and said they were surprised when he got "sent home". But with even more young players like Garland and Mathurin arriving to the team, why not give him at least another chance I mean those guys literally grew up watching CP3 lob city 💔 What was now standing between Clippers and CP3? If it's damn Ty Loue idk what to say, its not like teams can't change a coach (or GM) in the middle of the season lol. Anyway sending CP3 home left a bitter taste, as well as sent other franchises and players a message. Message about how even if you are one of the best players in Clippers history, even if you invented a brand of basketball for that franchise, even if today when you google lob city stats from Clippers current season and new logo show up, even that doesn't guarantee you anything in that franchise... Without Chris Paul season ended in April, what would be different if he stayed until his contract expired? Well he would get his retirement tour, Clippers would be a lot more respected around not just the league but whole world and season would most likely still end in April...
Toronto gets to contend again, Bucks move on from their top 2 player of all time.
Mavs move on, Timberwolves get second scoring option next to Ant
Hornets go all in and try to compete in the East, while Bucks get A LOT of draft capital
LeBron returns to Cleveland for his final run and real chance to contend with Harden, Mitchell, Allen and Mobley all still there.
Houston moves on from Durant after early playoff exit and drama.
Durant gets his next chapter, to be on a new team again, same that eliminated him again.
1590 dinara.
Brown gets to have his team I guess, Sixers saw they aren't able to run the East with this core so they try to add some depth, Celtics get good Brown replacement and some draft capital.
Who says no first? Can Kings compete with Sabonis, LaVine and Leonard?
Who says no first? Jazz get pick they wanted all year and move on from Markkanen, Clippers move up in the draft, Wizards form interesting duo with Trae and Kawhi
Sixers move on from Embiid process and look to get younger, Pelicans try to compete with Zion
Clippers try to go on one more run with Kawhi, this time with Garland & Irving in the backcourt, while still drafting in top 10 Mavericks move on from Irving and look to add better prospect next to Flagg
Warriors finnaly looked vulnerable and weren't 1st seed, young Tatum and Donovan Mitchell were hooping but despite that Ben Simmons won ROTY, maybe best version of LeBron ever, game 7s in both west and east finals...
