What is that 4.76% change? Is that from the ATH? Or is it within the last x amount of days? I can't find the answer anywhere.

I hate the word scalper being thrown around for anyone who doesn't collect how they collect. But this is INSANE. These guys posted up not even 10 ft away from the register and were buying peoples boxes for $150. Clearly they had a lot of people selling to them. But these dudes were trying to \*sell to people in line for $200\*. Like BRUHHHHHH..... It took Sams club employees 20 minutes to kick them out. I've seen some scalping bullshit but this one is the most audacious by far.

I have been going to conventions all summer long. I understand using eBay last solds as a guideline for pricing PSA slabs. But the vendors who strictly take the highest sold doesn't make sense at all. Today I was at a convetion hunting for a Pikachu 5th Anniversary PSA 10. This card has a ton of last solds of $3000. Actually in fact as I write this one just sold for $3250. And another is at $3150 with the auction ending in 5 minutes. 1 vendor I got to $3700 but he wouldn't budge because 1 ebay sold for over $4000. I told the other guy across the way I had a vendor who offered $3700 and I would go through him if he offered $3600 other wise I am honoring the other vendors $3700. He proceeded to look at ebay and and tried to show me the same $4000 sale. Then offered me $3650. I was like, brother... I will go to the other vendor if it's only a $50 difference. Like wtf? He really lost my sale over $50? He would have rather made $0? That's just bad business.

My biggest gripe about all of this ebay mumbo jumbo: *EBAY TAKES 13.25% OF EVERY SINGLE SALE... even if one sold at $4500 the seller is getting $3903.75. Go sell your card on ebay then I guess? And before anyone tries to say "well they pay vendor fees". These booths cost $250 for this convetion. Tables at collect-a-con even at resale only go for $800. They are making their vendor fees regardless if they do even 90% of ebays highest last sold.

Anyone care to explain what I am not understanding or did I hit the nail on the head with this being stupid?

After a successful CaC Vegas this year I have decided to hit LA. At Vegas I dumped $20k on PSA 10 slabs. This time around I have another $20k-$30k to spend but I was thinking about grabbing PSA 9s this time around. I feel like they're extremely under valued.

Cards I'll be looking for:

• Pikachu 5th Anniversary (10 or 9?)

• Celebi Skyridge PSA 9

• Ho-Oh Skyridge PSA 9

• Lugia Aquapolis PSA 8-9 or Lugia Silver Tempest PSA (9 or 10?)

• Shining Mewtwo PSA 9 1st edition (or regular 10?)

• What Mew card should I seek out PSA 9-10? Bubble?

Right now all the final fantasy cards seem to be going up over the last month. I'm ignorant to these UB sets though. When the FIN set phases out of standard will the price go down because they're not playable cards?
