When did you guys return to your fitness routines?

My urologist was adamant that I would be cleared for all physical activity after 7 days.

I’m 9 days post-op and while I certainly feel better, I absolutely don’t feel it’s safe to cycle, lift weights, or run.

I still have mild swelling and a general feeling of uncomfortableness down there. As such, despite his recommendation I’m going to stick to light walks for another week or two.

When were you guys able to return to the gym safely?

Should I bother reading Hannibal by Thomas Harris?

Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs were some of the best books I’ve ever read. Actual masterpieces of psychological horror/crime thriller.

I’ve heard some controversy regarding the third entry in the series. Is it not on the same level as the previous two books? Will it tarnish the experience if I move forward?Just wondering if I should leave well enough alone.

I cannot overcome the handshake timeout. Please help.

I have a jailbroken Kindle. I read with KoReader. I used to wirelessly connect to Calibre and transfer books with no issue.

Recently I got an XTEINK 4 and flashed it with Crosspoint. Since then, Calibre prefers to connect to this device and I have to Eject the Device each time.

Worst of all, it will no longer connect to my Kindle. Every time I do, it connects to my server, and then I get the following error: (handshake timeout)

I'm kind of pulling my hair out here. Does anyone have any idea what I can to do fix this?

Weird question, but I have the XTEINK 4 (with Crosspoint) and every time I boot up Calibre it just auto connects wirelessly.

I’m unable to connect to my other eReader to transfer books.

I figured I could just disconnect it from WiFi, but it still connects. How do I just shut off the thing?
