Bought a dell 5050 Optiplex. Guy installed windows 11 on it prior to me purchasing. I don’t have a monitor or keyboard so using TV and Xbox controller. I get to this screen, I can’t interact at all. It’s plugged through Ethernet, 10gb port.

My ideas

1. I don’t have a proper keyboard so it won’t interact
2. don’t have usb installer
3. I hope it’s not this, bad hard drive
