I need access to my restricted cra account but I have no clue which address is on file with them

I have no idea what is on file. I have moved around so much and even been homeless. If I request immediate access to my account and go to the document verification section for immediate access and upload my Id but the address doesn't match what I have on file, I don't believe it is going to, will they not accept it? Will I have to go through the contact them for access instead? I don't know what to do because I don't remember and I feel if I contact them I'm going to caught for fraud or something. In very lost on what to do and I need access because I need my teeth fixed with cdcdp I'm flat broke and apparently to get my cdcdp I need my NOA which I can't get without full CRA access. What is the best option for me here. Please help me

I'm reading and apparently if I call an agent to request access I will need an NOA to help verify my identity, especially if I can't supply the correct address. How am I supposed to supply an NOA if I can't get into my Cra account. Which has them. Am I just fucked forever?

Renting a room

So I have a thousand dollars saved and am working to save another grand. I am living in an abusive situation. Please don't give me shelter advice or tell me to call the cops or this or that I'm not asking for it and it doesn't work for me right now. So please dont.

The best thing I can do is to have the money save up to just get a room and rent it and go. It's going to take me about 2-4 months to save up. Depending on how I am with my money. I live just outside of the GTA, a 45+ min drive from Toronto, close to Newmarket to paint a picture.

Where is the best place to find a room for like 700 at maximum or less. I've looked at Facebook market place and there are some results in there but sometimes there isn't it kinda depends on the time of year I guess. Is there anywhere else you guys recommend looking. And a shared room / roommate situation is fine.

I am mentally ill and not able to work right now. If I could I would I've literally been homeless because of my inability. Also if anyone on ow is renting where did you find your place at (like what website or resource). I am wondering because I know a lot of landlords will want their tenants working not on ow. So any insight or "this is what I did" will help me

How many times did you guys die in your permadeath runs? For either game

I've not done permadeath on the first game honestly I need more practice and familiarization before I'm comfortable. I played the first when it came out and a couple times since but I feel like I am better with the second so that's where I'm trying it first lol. I think it's the dodging and a bit more flexibility with meelee combat just makes it easier for me as I don't have great aim I guess.

I'm doing grounded permadeath per chapter for my first experience with it and am not yet finished. I actually just got to Abby's section not that long ago and am about to do that section with Manny and Mel with the serpahites.

Anyway as for my deaths it is close to 200 so far. My biggest problem was the school and the tunnels with the shamblers I think. Oh also the arcade bloater because I struggle with resource management and didn't have a Molotov. That takes that fight from meh to terrible 😔 (for me).

It was when I got to that red door section in Hillcrest when I started to realize I should practice encounters before hand that I'm not sure about or that might give me trouble. Cut down some deaths but I'm not gonna be finishing with a very good or low number lmfao.

At what point exactly did you guys start to like Abby? (If you do.)

I like Abby's character a lot. Especially after a few playthroughs. But, if I'm being honest, during my first playthrough I was very undecided on her throughout the game. It wasn't until near the end of the game where she's looking out for Lev still (when they're in Santa Barbara) that I decided for sure that I really liked her character. I thought that was very selfless of her to be doing that and it was admirable. like I think it's the good thing to do but honestly she wasn't obligated imo to do so for so long.

Ive seen some people start to like her character the moment they find out what happened with her dad, and I know some people decide they like her by the time of the rat king fight (that's where I see people's opinions change from negative / neutral to positive the most), anyways I've seen different perspectives on this, so just curious what your answers are.

Going insane, Tw for substance abuse, NSFW

I have not smoked weed in four days. That was what I struggled with. On and off I have a complicated relationship with alcohol but it comes and goes. Now that I've quit weed all I want to do is binge drink but I can't even do that because of the meds I'm on which is the same reason I had to quit weed.

Now I want to do Molly again that I haven't done in a couple years I think because I'm desperate for a mind altering substance which I have no idea if that interacts with lithium but I hate this. I wish I could be alone with my thoughts and not have this dependency to change them.

Feeling constantly bored or even empty and I always need something to escape

If you were a daily smoker for years and have stopped using weed, what was the biggest help in making this happen?

At what point can I legitimately question a diagnosis?

Okay so I was recently diagnosed bipolar, like within a few days ago. I wasn't told what type, to be honest I don't really know if I had to guess it was probably bipolar 2 because I heard this has the more depressive periods and any hallucinations I've had have I THINK been during a depressive episode but there was this time in my apartment I was doing all right and heard my landlords living upstairs whispering about me at night which I don't think was actually possible and then I had weird paranoia about this where I wore my headphones all the time in my place not to hear them talk about me again idk

But anyways I've just started on a sub therapeutic (hopefully using the right terminology here) dose of lithium which is supposed to be the "right" meds rather than my antidepressants that made me feel like shit.

But I feel like I may be misdiagnosed and there is comorbidities going on here. I'm not sure if it matters what I think those are, because I'm not a mental health professional and a lot of my symptoms that I have fall under different umbrellas. The point is that I don't *know* but I do feel doubt. I am wondering am I experiencing denial? Or what would be a good time frame to question if the pysch that diagnosed me was wrong?

I'm still not doing well right now, but I just started the meds so I know these things take time. But let's say it goes a while on this treatment and I'm not seeing improvements? What time frame is realistic here to start questioning.

And I don't want to seek a second opinion just for the hell of it if I'm just in denial and spinning out. I find talking to pyschs very difficult. I just wanna know what you guys think.

If it really is bipolar....

When in the hell am I going to stop experiencing symptoms. How long for lithium to work!? I'm on a sub therapeutic dose rn. I guess I would like to know, when would be an appropriate timeline to start reassessing if I've been misdiagnosed, like if there'd been no improvement.

I think there is comorbidities going on here, but it doesn't really matter what I think. I don't really know The point is I've been diagnosed bipolar, I'm having doubts but I'm not sure if this is me being really in denial because I'm reading that can be an attitude had by those recently diagnosed and struggling with it. But I just wanna know. Is there a point where I could legitimately question if the pysch was right

I just started the "right" meds for this, like within this week, and no longer stuck on an antidepressant, so I know change can take time. But at what point can I have actual doubt??

Questions about lithium

So I've been put on lithium, 300 mg. I've had three doses so like I havent been taking it for long. I am having issues not sleeping, it's not, at least not obviously to me that I can pinpoint, the lithium.

I was having problems before I started taking it where I'm wired and now's like day 4 or 5 of little to no rest I didn't actually go to bed at all last night. But I'm wondering, I was recently diagnosed bipolar I'm not sure if I have it cause I know it's misdiagnosed in women a lot I do have these periods of staying up,

but does lithium at all make these symptoms worse? Like could this be contributing to it at all?? Or that's not really likely? Idk if this is at all like an antidepressant where people have the potential to have issues on them, as I did. Or is this hopefully going to make me not stay up soon?? Is there nothing to really do about this until the meds kick in? And how long does lithium take to work???

Can I get some insight into some behavior I have? Tw for suicide mention

So I will occasionally have these episodes, 3-5 days duration, at the end of a depressive episode, not all of them but it has happened a few times. I am not sure what the trigger is because I could have a really bad depressive episode and not have this happen. Those times I just sort of slowly climb out of my slump..

But with these episodes I will basically feel compelled to harm myself. I will have obsessive thoughts about it and not have a lot of control and am basically obsessing over killing myself and how it's my destiny to die and it gets very intense. At the end of one of these episodes, sometimes on the same day of the last day of an episode, I will snap out of the behaviour.

I'll be horrified I wanted to hurt myself, and my period of depression will be over for anywhere from a few weeks to about a year. I might even be super happy and in love with life again. It's the loss of control and the sudden spike in mood and the horror I feel after realizing I could have hurt myself... What do you guys think about this?

Are people with ADHD prone to paranoia, hallucinations or things like that or would this be indicative of another issue or some comorbidity going on?

Wondering about this.

Seeing a trauma therapist am I allowed to talk to her about symptoms of a new diagnosis?

So I'm seeing a trauma therapist I was recently diagnosed bipolar by a pyschiatrist. My therapist thought I had autism or ADHD but anyway I don't have a current pysch that pysch saw me once to diagnose and that's it. So I was crying the whole time and unable to talk about a specific symptom I really wanted to. Do you think my therapist would mind hearing about it? I think it is indicative of a mood disorder without going on about it here. Or is that inappropriate because she's a trauma therapist and there to discuss my shitty childhood and life experiences and whatnot. Let me know because if I can't talk to her I need to find someone I can. Like I won't drop my therapist I just need to find an additional mental health professional.

I need some help

Okay so I have a mental health question I really need answered but I don't think there is maybe a place on Reddit for it. I just want to be able to get some insight on something. Do you guys know any phone number or website or something where I could just ask an open question. It's hard for me to talk in person because I forget things or I get too emotional and can't manage the conversation. Like I really just wanna be able to talk about this to someone qualified without the in person struggle.

I opened up my chat request if someone can help if not I get it and I will keep looking

I have a question about a behavior I have tw for suicidal thoughts

I might delete this honestly not sure to be honest I'm in

denial about this diagnosis and I have so many questions but

I wanna know...

Okay so every few years following a long depressive episode (few months to a year or two) I will have these really intense episodes that last about 3-5 days where I am very suicidal.

like almost obsessively so where I don't feel in control of myself and am compelled to kill myself. like that sounds weird but I don't know how else to say it.

after the period I will like instantly snap out of my depression and feel horrible I wanted to die and also be completely fine and sometimes really happy in mood.

This has happened since I was 16 I'm 27 now. I was recently diagnosed bipolar, not told which type. honestly I feel like I'm autistic or ADHD but this behavior really has me stuck and considering other things about myself.

like some paranoia or maybe just anxiety?? I had that my doctor would commit me to the hospital if I told her I went off my antidepressants and antipsychotics because they gave me horrible racing thoughts and by racing thoughts I mean BAM BAM BAM THOUGHT THOUGHT IN MY BRAIN!!! it was insane but eventually chilled but I felt weird and still very on edge?? Which I feel off meds as well constantly on edge is that a bipolar thing??

But to the suicidal compulsions, It's the loss of control and the switch in mood like it's nothing during those times. I'm just wondering if any of you have dealt with this type of thing??

Question about Mel and Abby?

I'm wondering was it ever established and I missed it that these two were very close friends before the Owen stuff. Because I was sort of more under the impression that they were friendly, by way Mel being jerry's student or whatever, but it never gave like best friends that were then torn apart by a man lol. I just always thought it was more of a well they knew each other and got along and then things got tense with Owen and with Abby's actions in the WLF / Joel (it seems Mel didn't exactly love Abby's position or I guess work as a top scar killer)

Am I wrong? Is it up for interpretation? Did I miss something? I just wonder because I've seen this being a big reason for people not really liking Mel, basically the sentiment they don't feel bad or care for her or really like her because she was Abby's friend and of all people she dates Owen and that makes her a shitty friend apparrntly...but yeah that never bothered me TOO much because I didn't think her and Abby ever were best friends lol.

I also don't have much horse in the race if I'm being completely honest I find Mel a bit boring and bland, I'm sorry, so I don't have a problem with people disliking her I just am wondering if my information /interpretation on their relationship is flat out wrong.
