How do I be secure strong an independent?

MAYBE WRONG FLAIR it’s both need support and question but I think question is more right to put here

I’m suffering with a breakup and honestly my whole life whenever I had a lot of hard feelings I vented and vented and vented to everyone about it and I am doing it again now I used to be insecure and only my ex was able to comfort me and now I am struggling (fortunately I’ve never had any urges to hurt myself or worse don’t worry about immediate danger like that) because I miss her and I don’t have anyone. Having her was better in every way than any of my friends and I feel so distant because I was only ever super close with her and now I’ve lost that.

I really need to find out how to not be insecure and how to not be reliant on anyone else I know for my emotional struggles

For those in a relationship, can you explain what that person is to/for you?

I am in the middle of a breakup. It happened 3 weeks ago and in a few months we both agreed that we would reconsider our relationship and decide if we want to get back together.

It was definitely my fault and what I need to work on is being a better person for her so we can have a good relationship if the time comes. In our relationship I did not understand how a relationship works and what the two people are supposed to be/do for each other. She gave me more than enough security and compassion and empathy and care but I didn’t do the same for her.

I want to know how you all see relationships and explain what you think is the mindset of being a good romantic partner.

I’ve heard it’s like having a best friend but better but I don’t understand that entirely and so I’m wondering what other people say.

Thank you so much if you respond

What do my symptoms say about me?

I might have used the wrong tag it’s either that one or a discussion and opinion tag that’s right for this idk

I recently discovered what narcissism is and I extremely strongly relate to most of the symptoms or traits about it, specifically the desperation for attention/admiration, the insecurity, and the ego problem (the thinking I’m better and that other peers are worse) based on intelligence (cerebral narcissism). I also think there’s some small manipulative things as well. I also have a lot of jealousy/envy going along with the desperation for attention, but I don’t actively want everyone else to fail I just want to do/be better and I don’t get any joy or satisfaction from other people failing (only from me succeeding)

However I told my therapist and he pointed out that I don’t think I’m always right or incapable of being wrong and that alone makes me not a narcissist.

But I still think the other parts I do resonate with fit me better than anything else I have found so I want to know what this means for me. I am still researching and learning about it more and more but I am unsure with that so I wonder what other people think

Any recommendations? (8300 trophies arena 21)

I have been using this deck recently and it got me out of dragon spa and I’ve been doing great so far very few losses but I wonder if there’s any better changes I can make to make it even better (also arrows are level 12 normally)

Stealthy single player games

I finally decided to play a single player rpg game and I chose horizon zero dawn as my first game. My favorite part of the game is to clear fights with as much stealth as possible. What other games on PS5 have the best stealth fighting experiences?

I haven’t tried them yet but I have some assassins creed games, the newer ninja and the remastered pirate ones and maybe more, plus I have the sequel horizon game and then the two newest god of war games (even though they aren’t like super “new”)

What is your reason to quit?

I relapsed and I am finding that my issue with quitting was that I didn’t want to quit to quit I wanted to for my partner’s sake and I’m wondering why else I would want to quit to help motivate me.

What are your reasons/motivations to quit?

How do I stop being so miserable?

Since I’ve started trying to lose this addiction, I have not been the same I have been so miserable from either the urges to, the shame/guilt of what I have done, the guilt of relapses, and the damage it has done to my relationship. Is there anything that will make me feel better even though there’s all this new shame and guilt and hatred towards myself?

Recovery is possible

I finally have had a real breakthrough. For a while I’ve battled this and the only success was when I first realized I had a problem and first began to try to quit, riding on the shame and guilt of realizing how bad it got. I eventually relapsed after about a month and kept relapsing for a few months every week or two. Eventually I came clean to my gf about it two weeks ago and I am restarting and today was my first urge to. I knew I shouldn’t and other than that feeling of knowing I shouldn’t I only focused on the short term for a while. Eventually I had the idea to tell my gf I was having the urge and then the urge went away at the thought of telling her. This is the first time I’ve been able to completely ward off the urge like this and not just kinda ignore it and struggle again the next day

Can you tell me about your experience with addiction?

I feel helpless right now. I have been addicted for years and I only recently began to try and stop. I first tried to stop in early April. I went for about a month, month and a half before relapsing. I went to one therapy session before relapsing and they told me about behavior modification stuff and the plan was to do pushups or go for a swim if I felt the urge to. I didn’t always try to do pushups or swim but when I did they helped but I’d still do it later that day or the next day so it didn’t help. The only way that I have improved is that I see that I have a problem and I have the urge to masturbate a lot less. But I am still helpless because I can’t stop the urge when it comes up. I have no clue if there is a reason behind when I get the urge to.

If anyone would like to share their stories with it I would like to hear it it feels for others and if they know anything that helps them with this

TG’s RvB map info

I’ve scoured the internet and I cannot find anything about this and idk if this is the right place to ask on reddit but I don’t think anywhere else is better so I’ll ask here.

For anyone who knows about TypicalGamer’s Super Red vs Blue map:

Do you know of a way to get this thing to happen where loot spawns continuously around your feet and it’s the weapons from the jackpot drops because it’s all mythic/exotic

I really like the mythic ray gun and the only way I can get it is the jackpot drops but most of the lobby is gone before I can get it and I have seen glimpses of this thing where the loot spawns and I cannot find where it is or how to get it. I just want to enjoy my mythic ray gun please.

I know I can get the gun easier in other maps but those are less fun overall and the raygun isn’t as good in those maps if that makes sense.

If this isn’t the place to ask this and there’s a better place can you please lmk where to ask
