How do I apply for a railcard without photo id?

I need to get a 16-17 saver for starting sixth form but its asking for photo id and I dont have any but it doesnt give an option to use a birth certificate which is the only form of id I have. I know that I should be able to apply with just a birth certificate unless they changed the rules with the railcards. For instance two website i checked came up with the exact options in the photo. Do I have to go into a station in person to apply? Or is it possible to do online?

If anyone else has run into this issue/ knows what I can do to apply for a railcard that would very helpful!

Is it worth repairing a phone with the back peeling off?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 which I have had for 4 years currently it still works fairly well but the main issue back seal has started to come off so the back is loose. Obviously because of this I will be more careful around water and any liquid but I want to replace the back. For a self repair it looks like the only places I can get it from are Amazon or mobile sentrix but I have no experience with mobile sentrix and have heard a couple of bad experiences with them for parts and then there's amazon which I dont fully trust for phone parts. I might take it to a repair shop but dont know how much that's going to be. Does anyone know roughly how much it would be to get it replaced by sending it into samsung or a phone repair shop?

When should I replace rubber bands?

I just got my rubber bands in today and I am so confused when I am supposed to change them. And is it okay to eat with them in? Do I need to change them after eating or are they okay to leave in until the end of the day? How often should I change them? Any tips for rubber bands would be great!

I left my glasses by accident when an exam is today 😭

Lit exam is today and I accidentally left my glasses at home, luckely I can still somewhat read without them but its so much slower. Out of all the days I could forget it's a day where reading is one of the biggest priorities. And kinda they help with dealing with dyslexia so I'm kinda screwed, man I am so annoyed with myself.

A family member of mine has a TCL tablet (not 100% sure on the exact model all I know is it is a 64gb one around £100/$136, I believe it is the tab 10 maybe), they have only had it for about a month. A week ago the tablet was stuck on the turning on screen whenever they tried to turn it on. Now that I am looking at it, it is saying the device is corrupted and can not be trusted so it will not turn on. I have tried getting it into fastboot mode to factory reset it, however when I did this in the corner it said it wws fast boot mode but the rest of the screen was blank. I have left it alone at the moment to try and get it out of fast boot mode. But I have no idea where to go with the device from here. If possible I dont want to take it to a repair store because of how much they can cost, especially in my local area. Is there anything else I can try for the device to factory reset it or get it to work, or even any ideas on what is causing this?

I can provide other info on the device if needed.

I was kind of thinking of using complementary colours because for my final piece Im using hot colour + impasto to do a sort of portrait kind of thing but idk about that background. Because obviously impasto takes for every to dry would it be best not to do a complex background (eg city)? Or maybe just a pattern in the background to keep it simple and then I do 2 ones. My exam is tomorrow and I have no idea what to do. Any tips would be appreciated!

I don't know whether this would quite work because it only partially black but do you think it would be okay?
