Hey all, I am planning a trip to Mexico for the first time since obtaining my green card and when I try to book the tickets online, it asks me for my Green Card number. In the infographic, it shows the back of the green card with 3 letters + the 10 numbers that follow it.

But when I type those in, I get an error message saying to enter between 9 and 10 characters, but if I remove the last digit, it accepts it. So I'm a little confused as to why it's asking for 9-10 characters but still accepts 12 and rejects 13. Any help is appreciated.

I bought my first firearm, a Smith & Wesson Shield Plus, for an EDC and got a box of Winchester defense hollow point bullets. I honestly went with whatever the guy at Academy recommended but I've read online that some people swear by brands such as Federal, Gold Dot or Hornady. Is there that much of a difference that those brands should be my go to?

Hey all, I just purchased my first firearm (S&W Shield Plus) and I'm looking at which option is best to conceal carry. I wear gym shorts 99% of the time unless I'm at work or a formal event so I was thinking of getting a sling bag but idk if a holster will be the better option

Hey all, so I am a green card holder and recently obtained my LTC in Texas as well. Today I went to Academy to buy my first firearm. Unfortunately the clerk accidentally selected the option to run a background check and that caused a delay as I am not a US citizen. Since the delay can take a few days, would it be wise to go to another gun shop and make a purchase there instead? Or should I just wait for the background check to clear

Applied on April 24th and today my LTC came in the mail. So excited to pick up my first firearm this weekend and just wanted to share my joy with ya'll. This community has been a wealth of knowledge for myself and I'm grateful. Also, pray for my wallet

So I am sending a friend of mine a soccer jersey of my local team as a gift. He said I can send the jersey to an Eczane near him that has a locker, which from my understanding is a small store? My question is how do I tell the carrier to leave the package in the locker and my second question is, is using a traditional carrier (DHL, FedEx) recommended or is there another service I can use?

By any chance has anyone found the 2026 World Cup album in Houston Texas? I've already checked out in a couple of CVS and Walgreens locations near me but no luck.
