Google debuted new updates, features and price plans at Google I/O recently. Thought I'd drop this here for anyone wondering what the new Google AI Subscription Plans actually look like in the Northeastern United States.

CONTEXT WINDOW SIZES

Same across all regions - this is a core capability difference between plans.

Context window = how much Gemini can read at once. A larger context window lets Gemini handle longer prompts, bigger documents, and more complex chats without losing track.

• AI Plus — 128K tokens
• AI Pro — 1,000,000 tokens
• AI Ultra — 1,000,000 tokens

(Context is tied to your plan, not which mode you're using.)

Google basically turned Gemini into a full ladder of AI + storage bundles. The AI Plus tiers are the cheapest way to get Gemini Advanced. The AI Pro and AI Ultra tiers are for people who want both high‑end AI and massive cloud storage.

If you only need Google One storage, the Standard and Basic plans still exist and are much cheaper.

Honestly, at this point Google should just hire me 💁‍♀️✨ since I’m a big fan of the Google ecosystem and basically doing onboarding training for free over here anyway, lol. 😂

Am I the only one who is loving the new UI?! The design is way more user friendly and dynamic. Not to mention, as someone who wears prescription glasses, the bigger buttons actually make it easier for me to see what I'm doing!

I'm a Google AI Pro subscriber ($20/mo.) who mainly uses text prompts with Voice Mode/Live Chat and the occasional image/video generation, so I'm not really affected by the new Usage Limits as I rarely hit my daily quota. Although, I do understand why that would be inconvenient for others with heavier work flows.

Thought I would post a few screenshots showing the new Light (White) interface on Android 16, since most people seem to be using the Dark (Black) interface.

Updated to add: Noticed the speaker button is now at the bottom instead of the top. Would appreciate if I didn't have to scroll down every time I want to have Gemini read something to me. Otherwise, still very happy with the new UI update.
